As a brand new condo we had a brand new.. still in box defective printer as well as a professionally installed by X-finity...defective router. Returned printer to Best Buy and ordered this one. Router replaced and all is well.

I brought my son with me and he and my sales associate figured out which one would be the best one for me. I haven’t really used it much yet.

Loved it till it stopped working

Didnt use it very much at all and it died in the middle of printing a receipt and wont turn back on. Thought it was the outlet, nope. Unplugged from the back of the printer and plugged back still no power. I loved it until it died out of no where.
