I am satisfied so far although I only set it up a week ago. And haven't used it a lot yet. It is sleek and smaller than my previous printer. I am satisfied with the print quality so far. Set up was simple.

Over complicated. Seems you can't just buy an HP printer-scanner without a bunch of unnecessary complications. Just want to "plug and play". Internet and WIFI just add complications, more things to screw up. For a home unit the ink service is not needed. Unless you do a lot! of photo printing, or publishing.

Bought this printer cause it was wireless. Love that you get free 6 months of ink. Had a problem setting it up and i called HP and the gentleman was so helpful and he solved my problem. He also included an extra 3 months of ink so i have 9 months of ink total

Not a happy camper at all. Set up wasn't hard, when asked, it would print. Now i have to re set it each time i want to print. Says error, couldn't print. Shut printer off/on then it prints. Very frustrating. The print quality is not the best either.

This is my second one. The first had some problems. It fits nicely on the desk and looks good. And this one is working very well. Major drawback is that it won't print my labels that are 2"x 3" I have to buy Avery labels and affix them to my own personalized labels. Everything else is easy to use.

This printer is awesome. I am so glad I found it. I highly recommend. So if you need a reliable printer for school or small business purposes this will be great.

This printer works pretty well, and is easily managed through the HP app. It also is sleek and compact, without the unnecessary and annoying screen.

Good printer for the home. Everything included besides paper. Set up was a bit tricky, but after getting drivers installed it has to be turned off then turned back on to get the wifi working

the printer and scanner are great the on off button is hard to find to turn on and off. plus the ink will that dry up if not in use very much?

The sales staff did not have the skill set to help me with the printer selection. The manager jumped in and the purchase and details of the printer ended in success.

This printer is easy to install and makes good copies. It was affordable and is adequate for my home use printing documents and the ocasional spreadsheet. I would recommend it.

It works for a decent home printer. The HP software is good and easy to use with printing wirelessly from my phone. I had a defective unit that stopped working after a few weeks but HP customer service sent out a new one quickly. Going good every since. Print quality is good enough for text and color but I wouldn’t use it to print large pictures for a frame or anything

This machine often has difficulty starting, but does well once online.

I have always liked hp printers. This one does more than the old one I had. Haven't even used anything but the printer yet but am very satisfied so far

I’ve used this printer and app for so many things already. The quality of print from a phone scan and pic is great. To be able to take a pic and put pops a copy is so convenient. Best purchase in a long time!
