  • Works except wireless printing fails consistently!

    Works well but I’ve never gotten consistent wireless printing to work with my MacBook. Incredibly frustrating and buggy HP software so much so that feature is worthless. I went ahead and added a USB cable and now just connect the cable to print. Outrageous waste of time trying to trouble shoot the wireless printing feature.

    The HP-Envy 6055 Wireless serves my printing needs for a home computer. This is my first wireless printer with two-sided printing capability. Thus far, I have no complaints regarding the print quality or speed of printing. I did have significant difficulty setting up the printer. The directions, HP Smart App, Virtual Assistant, and online tutorials were not helpful to me. I was seriously planning to return the printer when I found the 'HP Print and Scan Doctor' that resolved the setup issues I experienced.

    Love it so far. Still learning how to use it, but for right now it is doing what I need. If I hah something I did not like, I would say I wish it came in Black. The white is nice but I prefer black.

    So far we love the printer! Setting it up was a little trying, but we got it done. The speed of the printer is fine. Overall we made a good choice in buying the HP-Envy 6055e.

    Very disappointed with this printer. It’s. Slow, have to restart it every other time to keep it connected to the wi-Fi. Had an envy 4500 prior to this one for approximately eight years and it can run circles around this one. very disappointed with up grade. Signed up for the instant ink program because I felt it was using a lot of more ink than my other printer. I wouldn’t rate that about a 3 1/2 star.

    Only has wireless connectivity, which I thought would be fine. Turns out it losses sync frequently and has to be powered off and back on. Also shows out of paper when full. The print quality is great, when you can get it to print.
