    Best was good. Received the printer quickly. HP was really lacking with information to set up and operate their product. I got the info so needed from YouTube videos, not HP. I had problems connecting WiFi. Called HP customer service. Not helpful. We’re going to transfer me to tech support, but I would have to agree to pay in advance. I hung up and was ready to return printer. Finally learned through YouTube there was a little WiFi button on the back of the printer!

    It took just a few minutes to set up on 2 laptops and connected to the wifi easily. It is required to download an app on your phone ( I downloaded the app to my laptop) to set up. It's easy to print from your phone or laptop. There is also an auto ink refill option, that I did not opt-in for. Very sleek looking and has a small footprint. Very happy with my purchase. Print quality is decent.

    Easy to set up, prints fast . We haven't had any problems with it and have yet to replace the original ink cartridges after 1 month of average home printing. (primarily b&w) Scanner and copier work great and easy to use.
