Absolutely fantastic, easy to use and set up. Print quality is great.

This is not worth it if you print a LOT. I was printing 50+ slide PowerPoints for school and even in color, I was going through ink every week… this is NOT a high traffic printer by any means. This is just to have in your house and probably never use it. Also, you have to pay a monthly fee to ORDER INK FROM HP and they ship when your ink is getting low but you run out before it gets to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Easy to operate ,quiet, gets the job done...love my new copier....

Returned initially for the same printer as the first one printed with print lines. I use this to print stickers and it’s super user friendly as it easily connected to my iPhone and iPad. The second also had print lines initially but was able to remove them after realigning and doing quality print tests (maybe 4/5 times). Which is annoying but at least the problem was fixed.

printer works well. as advertised. The only downside is that it supposed to stay on 24/7. While it is powered on it has lights on all the time. this would be okay except in my case it is located in the bedroom.

I have always liked HP products, I’ve always owned HP printers. This is the 2nd worthless HP printer I’ve bought in recent months. It is fast and prints good quality, but it will not maintain a wi-fi connection even though it is in the room next to our router. Just got off a chat with tech support who tells me the printer must be within 12 feet of the router; I measured ours, they are 25 feet apart. That is absurd. I’ve never had to have a printer that close to a router. This printer is going back to the store.

hard to set up using wireless, had to call geek squad twice, did not come with a cable to just plug into your computer, once got working seems ok, not for the price, had better cheaper one's

Great printer with easy set up. It's nice looking and perfect in size.

This is a useful printer to have around. Its wireless and Bluetooth. Works with my ipad, apple phone & android phone(hp plug-in needed for android). Sometimes the printer states "paper blockage" but recently i noticed that the bottom of printer is exposed (when paper tray is open) so that's where the paper jams. U just pull it out from underneath and your ready to go again. I also received free ink a week after purchasing and registering the printer, so I'm ready in case i run out of ink. That's another plus. Lastly, if this printer stays connected to wifi, you can send emails to this printer from anywhere, another borough even, and it will print @domain of the printer. That's pretty cool, altho i have not tried that feature yet.

I love this printer I've bought it for all three of my college students too!
