Good basic home office printer

The only reasons why I left a star off was because it does not auto shut off or auto turn on. And the on/off switch is in the back of the printer.

When the printer works, it works well. It has double-sided printing, easy copying and scanning, etc. The problem is that the printer frequently uninstalls itself. Frequently. So, every other month I'm re-installing the irritating thing. I use their HP Smart app. but it's still an issue. We also go through ink like crazy. We're a homeschool family. I probably spend $300/year on ink cartridges. We're looking into Epson Eco Tanks instead.
