    WORST PRINTER EVER!!!!!!!! UNUSABLE!!! I am going to try to return this after almost a year as every single time I go to use it I have to UNPLUG IT - RESTART MY COMPUTER - SEE IF IT CONNECTS - IF NOT - CALL A PHONE NUMBER IN INDIA - TALK WITH REPS FOR A HALF HOUR to an hour - determine which color of light means what - and THEN - AND THEN - I might get to print something..... And this is a SMART PRINTER?? NEVER buying an HP again.

    Smart style, easy to use, low ink cost all make this copier a winner for home. Backed up with HP support and price, this is a great printer. Best Buy is very competitive and curbside service proved to be an added plus. Had a bigger HP computer that finally died out and knew I had to go back to HP after years of service.
