Good value printer/scanner in one

I am replacing an old printer and separate scanner and was happy to find this well priced model that did both. It takes up a lot less room on the office cabinet. It is a little noisy when it prints, but it's very fast and no louder than I was used to. Very good quality prints.

Its started out nicely where the printer worked smoothly. Recently, I began to get multiple paper jams to where I would get annoyed that I didn't bother to print anymore. Now, I am having issues with getting my printer to connect to my wifi. I have changed my wifi's name because I got a new router and so I tried to connect my printer to connect now and it just wont! I have used the HP smart App to connect it and it shows that the printer has connected but when you go in the menu with the printers image it says that "printer is not connected" and I have even used the HP scan and doctor softwware and gone to hp support website but nothing has helped. I have spent hours on trying to fix this but at this point I am over it! I highly do not recommend this printer!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

First, you say you’ve had the printer for about a year. HP printers come with a standard one-year warranty that covers hardware, supplies and support. If you created an HP+ account when you purchased the printer, though, that warranty extends to two years. To see whether your printer is still covered, use the following link:

He needs to use it with wireless turned off. Did not come with a manual so I had a bit of difficulty figuring out how to set it up this way but figured it out after some searching on the internet. Works great with usb c cable purchased separately connected to his MacBook Air

I like the app that works with it and have used my laptop no problem. It also looks sleek and isn’t too large, but still holds more than enough paper for me. It doesn’t pull pages through to scan, but that’s no problem because I don’t scan more than a few pages at a time anyway.
