Absolutely frustrating. Randomly disconnects from Wifi, and have to restart. Every time I go to print something, I spend 20 minutes trying to get this stupid thing to work.

Good basic printer - worked right out of the box. Satisfied with the purchase.

this printer works great for home use. I do direct sales, and print a fair amount for that, and this printer works really well. It was easy to set up too

It was hard for me to connected as a Bluetooth but overall it’s pretty good

Set up is difficult, you have to get instructions off the internet... To get human help is also to much to task... But once tough get all hooked up its great

I am really liking it so far but I am still using the black ink that came with it and know the quality will go up when I switch to the Instaink cartridge. I had it with my other printer and was getting the same low quality until I switched and as soon as I switched out the color cartridge on this one the quality went way up. Other then that it has been great and I love that it is intuitive of what I am doing and shows scanning options when you lift the lid. Scans have been very clear and it is pretty quick even on "Best" settings.

I needed a new printer, and this one was a good choice!

Quality product at reasonable price. Very pleases with ease of purchasing.

Had no idea this was so complicated to set up! Went through two Geek squad people and still didn’t complete set up. Plus, at one point HP wanted to have me sign up to get ink cartridges and left no option to decline. We are returning printer to Best Buy and hope we will not be billed for their ink cartridge replacements.

This printer was great when we first got it. But once we cancelled out HP instant ink care its like the company sent a virus to the printer. I have spent 4 hours now trying to troubleshoot this printer and still keep getting an error. I should have known to buy insurance for this.

Quiet, love that it’s wireless, 2-in-1. Took a few steps to set it up, but not too bad. Bigger and a little heavier than I expected compared to the pics.

Haven't been able to figure out everything due to minimal instructions and everything online is not addressing some of my needs. Still can't get the scanner working.

When I first purchased this printer, I followed instructions and all and it was pretty simple but I had an issue which was it kept saying open tray when it was completely closed. And I couldn’t proceed with the printing because of that therefore I returned it and got the same printer but a new one. Furthermore, I completed the same steps and all and again it was simple and I was able to proceed with no issues. I literally had this printer for a month and a half. And when I tried printing literally last week it was printing fine until it stopped printing. I thought maybe I had no paper or something. I tried to resolve the issue and it wasn’t working at all. The app, and the virtual agent are completely useless. I even tried to contact someone directly from the HP on Facebook, and their response timing is absolutely horrible. As for the HP instant ink, I think it’s cool they mail it to you but I think it’s such a waste. I read the comments way after I bought my printer, and a lot of people mentioned they have control of your ink usage and even if you cancel your instant ink it does not work at all. Overall, personally for me it just wasn’t a great experience. I wasn’t going to return the printer for the same exact one again so I decided to go back to canon. Besides the printer, I also purchased warranty and Best Buy customer service gave me no hassles it was a easy process to exchange it. They just need your information to proceed the exchange, and ask what was the issue with the printer which is understandable.
