Do not buy if you expect to use store-bought ink cartridges. There is no explicit disclosure about cartridge requirements anywhere on the Best Buy website or on the printer's packaging, and HP provides no help. HP sent me 'replacement cartridges' that only work with an active subscription. I am being forced into a monthly subscription in order to use my printer. I would strongly recommend looking at other brands unless you are comfortable paying a monthly fee to use your printer. Unfortunately, Best Buy wasn't able to resolve my issues either.

The printing was excellent and the printer tapes for 1 year made this deal extremely valuable. I would recommend this printer for all my college friends.

Other than that it is a bad printer...first print job there was a paper jam where the printer would have to be taken apart to get it out. I took it back and was told a lot of these had been returned...sad there is no quality control.

HP has the best and this one is one of the best of the best. Once you are comfortable with the new icon panel it's great. Clear, consistently uniform and fast. Definitely worth the price.

It will connect to your wifi but will often show as offline and unreachable. It has worked about 10 percent of the time. Pick another printer. Do web research and you will see this is not an isolated occurrence.
