    Only issue is that it never shuts down completely. You have to shut it off manually. My previous printer shut down after several minutes and turned on when a print job was received.

    Love my HP envy all in one. I have been able to do so many very important documents that are required. Now I don’t have to go out and spend money as well as use up my gas while trying to beg for help with important documents to copy. Now it’s in the comfort of my home. Especially excellent for people with disabilities.

    The printer is generally good. I did not encounter any issues with it. My only complaint is that I have to use the HP smart app on my phone and computer to print things, and I can't set it as my default printer. So if I want to print something off a web page I can't. I tried reaching out to customer support and they were no help. I will be returning it.

    Works good, not as fast as commercisl printers but gets the job done. Uses a lot of ink. Printed off around 50 b&w pages and used almost a full ink cartridge

    Some difficulty setting up. Software somewhat confusing and ink cartridges not easy to install. Controls not the best. On/off switch in back poorly positioned. Other controls confusing.

    Printer was ok till the hp ink people locked it up because u have to pay for in so I called an cancelled it an they won’t let u use the ink the sent that was supposed to be free .so now I have to buy more.this is sad

    This printer is extremely efficient! The best part so far has been how easy and quick the installation process was! It works like a charm, and you can even scan, fax, and print from ANYWHERE!! I highly recommend!!

    The printer was decent but the ink ran out quickly. Also, be careful about signing up for the ink subscription. It will make your printer unusable if you use any third-party cartridges.

    I had the Plumber, who was here to fix my toilet, set up my printer because I wasn't sure of the options to select when prompted. He had the printer set up and working within five minutes.
