    Some difficulty setting up. Software somewhat confusing and ink cartridges not easy to install. Controls not the best. On/off switch in back poorly positioned. Other controls confusing.

    The printer worked fine until I had to change the ink cartridge. Once I chamged the cartridge i keep getting error messages and biw the printer will not work. It is too late to return the printer that i cannot use...

    Love my HP envy all in one. I have been able to do so many very important documents that are required. Now I don’t have to go out and spend money as well as use up my gas while trying to beg for help with important documents to copy. Now it’s in the comfort of my home. Especially excellent for people with disabilities.

    Ok but cord keeps falling out. The power switch is in a very inconvenient position on the rear of the unit. I am certain it was done due to cost efficiency and not customer convenience. It should have been placed on the front control panel with the other buttons.
