So far I love my new printer did not use the free HP ink because it came with ink that will probably last me six months because I do not use my home printer a lot. I learned the hard way HP Inc. if you set up for it when you are finished you can no longer use your printer.

The printer is okay. You only get 3 months free ink if you sign up for the HP ink program. I changed my router a few weeks after getting the printer. It was a nightmare trying to figure out how to get it back online. There is a tiny button that you can barely see on the back of the printer. No clear instructions to help you and no support to help you. For these reasons I can only give a 3 star.

Really nice printer. The only downside is that you can’t just scan and print- you have to use the app for this . The AirPrint feature is great. Overall good quality and a great price

Good printer for the money! Set was easy, prints & copies great. Does not have a feeder to scan or copy multiple copies so you have to feed it by hand. Also does is bluetooth only, no hardwire option. My fault for not reading everything first.

turn on and off button doesnt work properly- i have to press soo hard- turn on or off...

Awesome Printer! Went in to buy ink for my currently printer and saw this at a great price and decided to upgrade!

I love my new printer. My only complaint is with HP. Im having trouble changing my info fpr instant ink subscription. The printer does everything and i love it.

I like the printer, but having issues with Wi-Fi 6 connection. discussing with HP on how to correct, may be someting manufacturers need to fix for the Wi-Fi.

small compact printer fits perfectly on my desk. Prints well and doesn't take a lot of space.

Tired of replacing printers. Printer works great right off comes with warrantee they send you the ink needed at which ever level you choose.

It gets things done. Printing from laptop distorts pages 2 and on but printing on mobile is fine. Buttons are difficult to understand at first glance takes some getting used to.

Cute little printer. But it heavily relies in the app for settings. No screen so if you need to resize something, you’ll need your phone. Also it only holds what feels like 25 pages. Just some things to keep in mind. Otherwise it’ll do the just for simple b/w & color copies and prints.

Nice and very to use and set up was not easy but following the instructions you will be able to get it right and if that is done you will be fine

It was a little difficult figuring out how to set it up and start printing, but that was done with a little help from my daughter and now it works perfectly. Inn terms of pricing and value, I don't think anyone else could do any better.

Works great for our home computer. We dont do alot of printing so cant comment on how it would be for heavy jobs. Nice that it works on wifi

The printer works. I know because I’ve used it. However, the ease of using it with my phone and iPad leaves something to be desired. There are no instructions. I’ve been back to the store and was told I may have to bring the printer in along with ny iPad and phone. That’s ridiculous. I have the app on my phone. I need help using it. I will be in next week. I believe in the printer. I’ve made copies and actually printed on it, I’m not sure why it’s not working now.

It was working very good, I hope it will last longer than other one that’s only worked for about a year and didn’t work anymore.

By using the app on my phone I was able to recognize the error - paper jam- and correct it!

This printer is an excellent printer for home and small business. I've been extremely satisfied with its features and printing/scanning capability.

I like the printer.It's beautiful, but it sucks that you have to have a subscription to keep going on with printing pictures
