The printer was decent but the ink ran out quickly. Also, be careful about signing up for the ink subscription. It will make your printer unusable if you use any third-party cartridges.

Best printer from hp but they say free 6 months ink they just do one month they deliver ink

Works good, not as fast as commercisl printers but gets the job done. Uses a lot of ink. Printed off around 50 b&w pages and used almost a full ink cartridge

Hooked right up to my HP laptop Windows 11. Prints without almost any hesitation. Also printed while I was in a remote location . Printed documents were home and ready when I got there. I have yet to try the two sided printing but I am sure that will work fine also.

Would give 5 stars but still new! Service at store was Great and Staff friendly.

Great value for what I paid. It took a few tries to connect with wifi and PC. It functions fine after 1 month of light use. I really could not ask for any more for the price.

The printer itself is great. It’s easy to set up. No hassles with the internet set up. Prints easily and pretty quick. Little printing noise. Pictures are clear with no issues. Returned for: The thing emits a high pitch humming noise that will driving your ears in sane (constant). I called and they did say this was a defect. They said we could exchange for a new one which tells me this is not in all units. We decided to return.

Great basic printer. So far it's performed well. I still have not been able to connect my Chromebook to wireless printing. In the interim I have been using the USB connection which works very well. I would say it's probably the best $69 dollar out there.

Very easy to use after setting up! Also, easily connects to your app on your phone.

The wireless connection fails. I have to reconnect everytime I need to use it . It is annoying. The power button doesn’t work like it should; I have to unplug and plug it back on to restart the connection process. Wouldn’t recommend

I bought this as a replacement for an Epson that had died after about 10 years. I had used it to scan and digitize years worth of magazines and sheet music, which was probably at least 30k+ pages. The only reason I went with this instead of Epson was that their ink tends to be expensive. This printer is loud and the scanner is slow. The software glitches when you get to about 20 pages, so scanning a whole magazine is not possible. I ended up going back to Epson and have been very happy with that.

It’s OK does the job he ran out of ink really quick though. That’s unusual for a new printer, especially when you don’t use it that often.

I like that price and like the service thank you thank you

Setting this little printer up was NOT easy. The graphics are few and a bit confusing. I would not purchase this again, but will use it til I upgrade

This printer is extremely efficient! The best part so far has been how easy and quick the installation process was! It works like a charm, and you can even scan, fax, and print from ANYWHERE!! I highly recommend!!

Ok product for occasional use, it would have been nice to have a display on the device.

This unit completes My home office operation setup to a tee. Great copies b& w and in color.
