My daughter loves this printer. She works from home remotely and it’s very handy. Easy to set up.

Simple scans and printing. Good for a small home office that requires a few small projects to either print or scan. It took a bit to get setup, but having wireless connection makes it convenient.

The printer is okay. You only get 3 months free ink if you sign up for the HP ink program. I changed my router a few weeks after getting the printer. It was a nightmare trying to figure out how to get it back online. There is a tiny button that you can barely see on the back of the printer. No clear instructions to help you and no support to help you. For these reasons I can only give a 3 star.

So far I love my new printer did not use the free HP ink because it came with ink that will probably last me six months because I do not use my home printer a lot. I learned the hard way HP Inc. if you set up for it when you are finished you can no longer use your printer.

Not a bad product, can sometimes be a little hard to connect to a device but other then that it gets the job done .

I love my new printer. My only complaint is with HP. Im having trouble changing my info fpr instant ink subscription. The printer does everything and i love it.

I like the printer, but having issues with Wi-Fi 6 connection. discussing with HP on how to correct, may be someting manufacturers need to fix for the Wi-Fi.

It was a little difficult figuring out how to set it up and start printing, but that was done with a little help from my daughter and now it works perfectly. Inn terms of pricing and value, I don't think anyone else could do any better.

Works great for our home computer. We dont do alot of printing so cant comment on how it would be for heavy jobs. Nice that it works on wifi

Printer is compact and good quality. Was easy to collect and setup from best buy

Awesome printer. Love how HP monitors your ink and ship's when running low. Plus it was easy to set up.

Really nice printer. The only downside is that you can’t just scan and print- you have to use the app for this . The AirPrint feature is great. Overall good quality and a great price

I love this Printer. This printer is amazing! I have no issues with it.

So far, I really like this printer. It was a little hard to set up with a Wi-Fi connection, but I think that is a deficiency in the HP Smart app. Haven't printed much with the color option yet, so don't know how that quality will be.

It's been a fairly steady printer for me. I coukd never figure out how to send an email from it, and gave up. Other than that, fairly nice.

The printer works. I know because I’ve used it. However, the ease of using it with my phone and iPad leaves something to be desired. There are no instructions. I’ve been back to the store and was told I may have to bring the printer in along with ny iPad and phone. That’s ridiculous. I have the app on my phone. I need help using it. I will be in next week. I believe in the printer. I’ve made copies and actually printed on it, I’m not sure why it’s not working now.

This is an outstanding printer for a much needed upgrade over my much older brother printer. This works outstanding with AirPrint and the HP Ink subscription service is a great deal which also includes a free 3 months worth of ink.
