Not a bad product, can sometimes be a little hard to connect to a device but other then that it gets the job done .

Works great for our home computer. We dont do alot of printing so cant comment on how it would be for heavy jobs. Nice that it works on wifi

Really nice printer. The only downside is that you can’t just scan and print- you have to use the app for this . The AirPrint feature is great. Overall good quality and a great price

Decent. Not super happy with it. Wish i had retuend it before reteun windo closed. When it goes into rest mode, very hard to eake it up without having to unplug and wait to reboot.

Best Product and printing quality is too good with different options

My daughter loves this printer. She works from home remotely and it’s very handy. Easy to set up.

I made a very poor choice in purchasing this printer. I have had problems with it from the first day. I have had to get customer support in order to print almost every other time I used it. AND now it died byh itself.

So far, I really like this printer. It was a little hard to set up with a Wi-Fi connection, but I think that is a deficiency in the HP Smart app. Haven't printed much with the color option yet, so don't know how that quality will be.

The printer works. I know because I’ve used it. However, the ease of using it with my phone and iPad leaves something to be desired. There are no instructions. I’ve been back to the store and was told I may have to bring the printer in along with ny iPad and phone. That’s ridiculous. I have the app on my phone. I need help using it. I will be in next week. I believe in the printer. I’ve made copies and actually printed on it, I’m not sure why it’s not working now.

Great budget wireless printer for the small jobs. HP wont let you down.

This is an outstanding printer for a much needed upgrade over my much older brother printer. This works outstanding with AirPrint and the HP Ink subscription service is a great deal which also includes a free 3 months worth of ink.

It makes a good deal of noise, and the button to turn it on is hard to get to. It's a good deal more tricky and hard to use than the earlier models.

I needed to replace my older HP printer. After doing some research I found and purchased this HP printer. I'm glad that I did. It works great, the air printing/wireless printing is an added bonus and the price was great.

This was actually a replacement for an earlier 6500 model. I'm a Geek Squad member-- the best investment I've ever made! All my computers have been bought at Best Buy even when there was still Radio Shack and Circuit City. Geek Squad is awecome!

It’s the best printer for now.good for families use.

The wireless connection fails. I have to reconnect everytime I need to use it . It is annoying. The power button doesn’t work like it should; I have to unplug and plug it back on to restart the connection process. Wouldn’t recommend

It gets things done. Printing from laptop distorts pages 2 and on but printing on mobile is fine. Buttons are difficult to understand at first glance takes some getting used to.
