    Had some difficulty connecting it to wifi, had to do it with my computer because it wouldn’t set up via my iphone. Other than that works great.

    The printer is great! I'm not a big fan of the HP ink club which I was required to sign on to. But again, the printer is excellent.

    Printer Performs as needed, and beyond expectations. The printing two-sided feature is wonderful. Of course, the cost of ink and delivery of it is everpresent. It hooked up to all our laptops without issue.

    The instructions that came with it are way too vague. I still cannot get it to scan. There isn't a button on the printer that allows you to scan a document, The printer was delivered and left OUTSIDE in the rain. I sent another note on this issue but was NEVER contacted by anyone at Best Buy. I took pictureds of the rain soaked box.

    Pros: Crisp, clean printing. Economical ink usage. Cons: The app. That you have to connect to the app to use the printer except on the rare occasion it works from your computer. I did have success with a 3rd party app on my phone. Until today. Guess the powers that be really didn't want me to use the printer. Took me more than two hours to figure it out and in the end, I just had to add it as a new printer. I don't know how many hours I've lost trying to get this thing to work. And its not the printer. Its the app. If you think things might be better because they did away with the constant "subscribe" to use this printer app for one that is more "user friendly" think again. The app is one of those mystery picture clicks because why use words that tell you where the links go, when you can use pictures and make users guess.
