    The printer keeps not responding and i have to keep turning it off and back on when i want to print something. Or i have to forget the printer in hp smart and re-set it up

    The printer was perfect for my daughters school things . Only downfall is that the ink may run out quickly but the ink isn’t pricy so worth having at home printer . I would be again and the color is nice in blue .

    Easy set up and slim profile. The problem is the ink cartridges dry up so fast. I don't print a lot. Like twice in a year but the cartridge dries up on its own by the next time I go to use it. It's kind of ridiculous.

    I love it so far. I love the cute sounds it makes and the rainbow colors that glows. My only con is that it will only let me "smart print" from my laptop instead of the regular printing from the printer.

    it takes a while to set up wi-fi after turn on. Sometimes it shows printer off line in my computer whereas it is already online wirelessly.

    I've been using this printer for 8 months now, and it's the most frustrating piece of equipment I've ever owned. I had read the reviews about the ink situation, and yes, the HP Instant Ink service can be a nuisance, but it's workable once you understand it. The Instant Ink cartridges stop working if you cancel the service because they have a special feature designed for it. This means you'll have to buy new cartridges from a retail store instead. Additionally, the controls are not user-friendly; without a printed manual, managing the printer is high maintenance. The most aggravating issue with this printer is that it won't stay connected to my Wi/Fi (no other devices have this issue). If you're hoping to print whenever you need to, forget it. You will constantly have to unplug and restart the printer, and maybe, if you're lucky, it will eventually cooperate. Overall, this printer makes a simple task difficult and wastes my time. I can't wait to get rid of it.
