The instructions that came with it are way too vague. I still cannot get it to scan. There isn't a button on the printer that allows you to scan a document, The printer was delivered and left OUTSIDE in the rain. I sent another note on this issue but was NEVER contacted by anyone at Best Buy. I took pictureds of the rain soaked box.

It’s okay for home printing. Kind of weird with picking buttons to choose options. Missing the sheet-feed scanner.

This printer/copier is an excellent product. I bought it to replace an older model that no longer worked correctly. Everything on this printer works exactly as described. I had no trouble setting it up.

I don't do a lot of printing, but what I have done since purchasing this HP it's more than been up to the task. Thanks Hewlitt Packard and thanks Best Buy for the great price!

Great printer it did everything I needed and nothing I didn't.

My bad, I guess. HP printers were the last thing I would use when I worked for Kinkos. I got hooked, with the line and the sinker, on their ink promo. This is more of a home-based small business printer--or rather color is not the primary use of ink when using the ENVY printer series. I have been running 20# 92 bright paper, which should pick up the color right and lay it down smoothly and evenly. I print my art and there is no way this ENVY is up to the task. Perhaps consider two printers: Not that this printer is especially fast, but it will be faster than Canon's inkjet. If you seriously need speed in either color or b&w, anything that is an inkjet will just not make it. Canon PIXMAs are best for images that are important, like for art or photographs. But. I'm not impressed with anything about this machine. Only you can decide, though. Go into BB and get an associate to print something to any of the printers that you are considering. I know better, I just thought I knew more than I did.

had some issues with connectivity when first setting it up, it also disconnects from time to time but aside from that its a great budget friendly printer.

I just recently purchased this printer, I should have bought it sooner. I had a different brand, which was slow, and constantly jamming. I highly recommend this printer to anyone looking to replace their older out dated one!!

the compact computer is perfect for my office. I do have a larger one in another office in my home. sort of disappointed with the advertising. it indicated that the purchaser would get 6-month ink supply for free, well that was not the case. I had to do a monthly purchase to obtain the ink and it has not arrived and I am out of ink. I purchased ink, online from this same company and they sent me a new printer. where's my ink?! well I will be writing to the. company on this.

This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It continuosly quits working for no reason, as well as disconnecting from my Wi-Fi. I have had nothing but problem after problem after problem. Do not do the free ink program either. HP will lock up your printer to where you can't use it, until you do what they want. All my laptops, computers and printers have always been an HP product. I will NEVER EVER buy another one again!

I love my new printer, took awhile to set up but that was my fault, needed to change some settings on my computer...

I love this printer! Easy to use, compact and sleek. Easy to install and you can print from your phone, from anywhere which makes it very attractive. Highly recommended.

This printer would be great if only it was available consistently. 3 out of 5 times I go to print something there is an error and nothing gets printed. I have the HP app and that does not help to solve anything. It usually takes at least 10 minutes to solve and I have no idea what the issue actually is. The solution changes each time. I either need to turn off and turn back on (often multiple times), make changes to my wifi connection, open the app and a few times, or a combination of those things. It's so freaking frustrating. I would have kept my 16 year old printer if I knew this was life with a new printer, at least I knew how to fix those issues quickly.

ink is too light.not an easy set up . i like in white. i like low height & design to fit under desk or on top.

This printer from Hewitt Packard is very good. No problem.

I absolutely love this printer. It works perfectly for what I use it for. The ink that comes with it does not last long but I signed up with HP plus that sends me ink when it sees I am low. I love this about HP printers.

Cute little starter printer. It just takes small ink cartridges so be aware you'll need to keep buying ink per 30-50 pages.
