    it takes a while to set up wi-fi after turn on. Sometimes it shows printer off line in my computer whereas it is already online wirelessly.

    When it’s connected it’s great. Often have to unplug it and plug it back in so it can reset. Seems as if it’s frozen and nothing works. Once I reboot it, it’s fine until The next time.

    This printer has become more difficult to use as time has gone on I wish I would have gotten the extended warranty! It wants to print items that it has already printed and I have a very difficult time getting it to print the current item! It will say the Wi-Fi isn’t connected when the light is lit up and is connected I have to turn it off and wait and turn it back on raptor get it to function again!

    Gives you everything it says it does and does exactly what it supposed to. I don’t really see a point in buying anything more expensive unless there’s more features. Solid printer

    The old printer I had started to malfunction it didn't have an internal paper tray so when I would print it would suck up all the sheets at once. This one has an internal paper tray.

    I am a life long HP customer with never any major issues, even with some of the lower-priced items. This model was compact and inexpensive- but not worth the headache. From day one its was a problem getting it on WiFi and remote printing. Now, it’s just not vibing with the HP ink. I cannot print at all. I wanted to love it, but I don’t.

    Being forced into a subscription that the company decides when you need us ridiculous. Additionally they only offer virtual assistance you can not get an actual agent to help. My printer has been unusable since December 26th because the ink was too low and it is January 10th and I still have not received ink. So I am unable to use the printer I purchased. And I only printed approximately 10-15 pages.
