I had previously a thin, beautiful Envy printer around 2012. It lasted 10 years, and I loved it! Now I bought this one, believing it would be a great replacement because I want it to be relatively thin so it fits under my bed. This is just garbage. It keeps printing the calibration pages (I wasted so much paper and ink already with this), and it is just a cheap, unreliable, and problematic printer. Miss my old Envy.

Works great. Would have only taken a couple mi utes tocon ect to my PC if tgd instructio s had been right. After an hour we went to youtube and got the correct instru tions.

Beautiful printer the fact you can use the FREE app take a picture with your phone and print out whatever is amazing!

Please do not waste your money on this product. The image quality is nice on this product, however that's about the only bright side. There is a tedious process to connect this to the internet, and when you do you'll have a 50/50 chance that the printer will actually print what you want. The printer always has to be connected to wifi to work, you can't just plug your laptop into it if the printer has no Wi-Fi connection. Not to mention only after 2 months that I've had this printer, it stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi. Meaning that there is 0 ways for me to actually print with this now. Absolute waste of money, go buy from a different brand that doesn't force you to use their online service.

Starting to really hate this printer. It works fine and then goes "offline." Reconnecting becomes nearly impossible. After troubleshooting from both the HP app and the computer, nothing seems to work. The first time this happened, I tried various approaches for a week, then finally called the Geek Squad. It took another week to get them to the house to figure out the problem. The tech got the problem fixed quickly but said that it wasn't an obvious fix. I've now been able to print maybe five documents and it's back to being offline again. Fortunately, I don't need to print a ton of things, but when I do, this is a huge pain.

Happy with purchase of HP printer. It has a smaller, more sleek design that I was looking for with same functionalities as bigger printer units.

Great job of copying from a remote distant location.

Prints good, copies good, drivers needed update and won't update. When plugged in it make a high pitched hummer noise. None of our other electronics do this. It was a cheap purchase and and we had the printer 2.5 months Want to return and I'm being told its passed the return date allowed.

Great printer. Will definitely buy another HP printer again.

Biggest drawback is the customer support at HP. Not very helpful. Have had it for only 4 months and in that time it will suddenly start making noises out of the blue. Not sure what's going on. Have to unplug it to get it to stop, otherwise it will go on forever. It's not like a short interruption. It doesn't always print on the first try either. **If you sign up for the free HP trial for toner** be aware they only roll over so many copies if not used. First few months I didn't do a lot of printing and then found out only a portion of the # of free prints didn't rollover. Works ok with wireless, a few times it didn't. Wish there was a better display on the printer like ones in the past. Everything is through a phone app so beware of that before you buy. That said it will keep logging you out of your app. Just 'fair'.

Terrible printer. Why would HP regress but not progress? why do they make their products worse with a new model? This pronter has no display and you have no idea for the function of the buttons. terrible choice. I compare it with Photosmart 5520-all-in one, which I really loved, but they do not sell it anymore. this printer is waste of time and money.

Pretty good. A bit bigger than I was expecting and wanting to works well enough

The printer was well Package! Haven't really got a chance to hook it up yet! Open to get it hooked up this weekend will write a review after that
