I love my Envy Printer. The image comes out so beautiful and clear.

Happy with purchase of HP printer. It has a smaller, more sleek design that I was looking for with same functionalities as bigger printer units.

Biggest drawback is the customer support at HP. Not very helpful. Have had it for only 4 months and in that time it will suddenly start making noises out of the blue. Not sure what's going on. Have to unplug it to get it to stop, otherwise it will go on forever. It's not like a short interruption. It doesn't always print on the first try either. **If you sign up for the free HP trial for toner** be aware they only roll over so many copies if not used. First few months I didn't do a lot of printing and then found out only a portion of the # of free prints didn't rollover. Works ok with wireless, a few times it didn't. Wish there was a better display on the printer like ones in the past. Everything is through a phone app so beware of that before you buy. That said it will keep logging you out of your app. Just 'fair'.

Comes with ink but ink runs out when you need it most (maybe 15 sheets then quality is illegible). Printer software says ink levels “good” but won’t print decent quality. Ordered new ink but if that doesn’t fix then will most likely return after holidays.

Still getting used to it so far good. I would recommend for the price works well sofar.

I have had three HP printers similar to this one and loved them. My kids and grandkids have taken them to school so I keep needing to get another. They are very reliable.

Honestly was kind of iffy about getting it when reading the review but it works so well and connects to WiFi and even if you don’t have WiFi it has its own

It hasn’t been used yet. I bought the printer as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I know she will love it and use it as she s a college student.

I simply love my ENVY printer. Very easy set up and color is perfect for my needs. This prints fits perfectly in the small space that it is designated for.

This printer is extremely difficult to use. My entire family is constantly frustrated by the amount of troubleshooting required every single time we try to use it. Repeatedly goes offline and needs to be set up all over again. Rarely connects with any of our laptops so I can only print thru the app on my phone. Help center and virtual assistant are a joke- they are too busy trying to get you to buy more products than to answer a simple question. When they do get to their answer (most recent was re: ink cartridges) - it's "watch this video, then click this link and go to this site where you will search for your info through this dropdown menu to place an order." Was just asking what ink cartridge to buy.

The wireless connection fails. I have to reconnect everytime I need to use it . It is annoying. The power button doesn’t work like it should; I have to unplug and plug it back on to restart the connection process. Wouldn’t recommend

Beautiful printer the fact you can use the FREE app take a picture with your phone and print out whatever is amazing!
