It is not intuitive at all. The scan feature simply does not work. I've gone through all the trouble shooting for naught. Can't do double-sided copying. The color copy is not even close to the color of the originals. There is not much of a display and what's there is not helpful. Just all around bad machine. Should have spent more for a better printer. Wish I had never bought it.

Not worth the trouble

This model was compact and inexpensive- but not worth the headache. From day one its was a problem getting it on WiFi and remote printing. Now, it’s just not vibing with the HP ink. I cannot print at all. I wanted to love it, but I don’t.

One continuing issue is the printer fails to wake up from sleep mode despite having the most recent firmware available. Unplugging the power cord from the power strip is necessary since the cord attached to the unit and does not have a power button.
