    worked fine and as expected for several months. Now all lights flash, with repeating error codes. did all troubleshooting steps and reset. even left unplugged for over a week and still does not work. I tried to get support from Best Buy and there is a $108 service fee! The printer is not worth that much. will be cheaper for me to buy a new one.

    I've only had this printer for 2 months and it is already nonfunctional. It is 100% dependent on wifi access to a network which means you can't do ANY reasonable troubleshooting without a wifi connection and the printer turned that function off by itself. No light=no wifi and despite embedded instructions on the printer to connect to a network, the printer module MUST be operational to do anything. "HP SMART" is also dependent on wifi working and it continuously states the printer is off-line and can not/will not connect to attempt repair including upodating firmware. The printer worked great upon setup, but then it just decided to disable wifi. I guess only God or HP would know why,

    I had a hp 6000 series before and they're not my favorite printer. This printer is slow to recognize that a job was sent to it. It takes over a minute to finally print. It also goes offline and is a pesk to restart. I have a hp 5055 and LOVE it!

    I really like this printer. Free ink cartridges came with it. Connects easy to Wi-Fi. Now I’m able to print from my phone too.
