The set up was super easy using the HP app. which allows me to scan, save and print! Using the app I can print from anywhere, see my ink levels, scan on the go, make a copy, and the best is I can print my photos from my camera or social media!! It easily connected to my wifi in my home allowing for wireless use throughout! The input try holds 100 sheets of paper and the print quality is super! The color seems to be much mor vibrant than my previous HP. It prints quickly and quietly which was a big improvement from my old printer! I love the white, sheek color which pops in my home office. I've had several friends notice it right away and comment on how nice it looks. Its a great size - doesn't take up too much room and can easily be placed on a bookshelf. The scanning feature is super helpful and I found it to be much easier to use that my previous printer. I have had no issues with this printer! It comes with a 1 year warranty which I registered for.

My entire family is constantly frustrated by the amount of troubleshooting required every single time we try to use it. Repeatedly goes offline and needs to be set up all over again. Rarely connects with any of our laptops so I can only print thru the app on my phone. Help center and virtual assistant are a joke- they are too busy trying to get you to buy more products than to answer a simple question. When they do get to their answer (most recent was re: ink cartridges) - it's "watch this video, then click this link and go to this site where you will search for your info through this dropdown menu to place an order." Was just asking what ink cartridge to buy.

I find it on their site, but amount of time it took is ridiculous. Just a simple link, is that so hard.

I have to reconnect everytime I need to use it . It is annoying. The power button doesn’t work like it should; I have to unplug and plug it back on to restart the connection process.
