Not happy that there is a light coming out of the paper tray area 24-7…annoying and a waste of electricity! Also disappointed that there is no button on the printer for “start black and white copy”.

This is the worst purchase I made. I have had miltiple printers from different companies. Canon, Brothers etc. I have never had a print last less than a year. From the beginning, I had to turn off when it freezed and reboost the printer multiple times. Six month after purchase was made, I got new ink from target, and it stopped working. I called the manufacture, they said that the printer only works with ink from HP. I have uses many printers from other companies with genetic ink and never had problem. I updated my computer to HP and the new computer was not supported my previous canon printer, thus I purchased this new HP printer. You get what you paid for it. The warranty is not even granteed when it comes with genetic ink. I dont think anywhere saying that this printer only work with HP ink. Very disappointing. I am tossing this printer out and getting new printer. I might have to get new computer that fits with better printer. Very very disappointed.

This printer is, hands down, the worst printer I've ever owned and an utter piece of garbage. For starters, it goes into sleep mode after a few minutes of activity, and will not wake up with printer prompts; no matter how many you send to it. You have to go to the printer, unplug it, and plug it back in to restart it in order to print again. Why do you have to unplug it, you might ask? Well that's because the touch panel becomes COMPLETELY unresponsive when it goes into sleep mode too. In fact, the power button stops responding too! NEAT! Next, when it isn't un-busy being in sleep mode, there is a very low-volume, high-pitching whining noise emitting from the instrument panel. I probably wouldn't notice it, save for the printer being right next to my desk, at which I sit and work for eight hours per day. My cat notices it too, and sits on my desk, staring at the touch panel, trying to figure out what the printer doin'. Half the time, I feel like I need to unplug the printer when I leave, because I don't trust that it isn't a fire hazard. Also not a fan that the printer loops you into the HP Smart Print app, even from the desktop. I don't want to be logged into my HP account (that I didn't really want) constantly, just to print. Whatever happened to the good old days of installing the drivers to the computers on your network, and printing that way? Do yourself a favor and find a better printer. Pen and paper is probably better.

This product is reliable and easy to use. I stand behind all the HP products I've ever purchased!

Still figuring out all features, but I can not get more than 10 copies at a time hopefully I am missing something if not that feature is annoying. If someone needs more than 10 copies than this printer is not for you

Difficult to set-up with computer/cell phone, would prefer a printer with a viewing panel with walk through directions. Recommend for users who are experienced using electronic devices to set-up products.

easy set up, haven't had a problem yet. Have not scanned yet.
