  • Does Not Connect to Computer - Won’t Print!

    This darn thing connected to the Internet when we first got it, but that was it. It will not print wirelessly. That means it’s no good to us and never expecting this to happen, I threw out the box, so I can’t return it. I have tried everything. The manual has said to try to get it to work but it won’t. The reason I bought this was because I got a new computer that runs Windows 11 and my older 2015 Canon printer has drivers that are obsolete and Canon doesn’t update them anymore. Therefore I couldn’t get this new computer to work with that Canon printer. Now I’ve got two printers sitting side-by-side. Neither of them will work with my computer. I’m not happy with this purchase and I do not recommend it at all.

    I had an HP Officejet that I loved but, after several years of use, it retired itself. I didn't really need as heavy duty as I am now retired so decided on this HP Envy. Unfortunately, after just 2 months of light use, it has decided to flash constant, inconsistent error codes. After many attempts to reseat the ink cartridges, check for jams, and turn off and on, I am still getting error messages. I am planning to go back to an Officejet.
