    I BOUGHT THIS HP PRINTER BACK IN AUG 2024 NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS ON & OFF FOR MONTHS IT WOULD NOT PRINT ALSO HP SOFTWARE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY ON WINDOWS 10 PC, FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK ABOUT TWO DAYS AGO JAN 2025 I'M WORRIED ABOUT HOW LONG IT WILL LAST, I'M NOT A YOUNG PERSON, HOWEVER I SHOULD NOT BE STRESS OUT FOR USING HP PRODUCT NOT HAPPY WITH THIS HP PRINTER AND MY HP WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHY ALSO STATES THAT I HAVE 3 MONTH INSTEAD OF 6 MONTH THAT CAME WITH THIS HP PRINTED.     HP used to be my go to brand for printers, unfortunately that's changed. My previous HP was a mess from the start, excess jams, poor print quality, or won't print at all, which is why I purchased this one. While it is aesthetically pleasing, print quality was hit or miss. I wasted paper with cleaning or adjustment, and parts of the printout were still uneven or faded, even with new ink. Anytime I tried level 2 cleaning, the app would give me an error, and it depletes ink like water. Disappointing I had to return it. I went with a Brother model and it's been great.

    Very hard to connect to the WIFI. It also don’t stay connected. The WIFI button is pushed in too far. Other than that it is a decent printer when I’m able to access WIFI.

    This printer is so finicky. Sometimes it lets me print from my phone sometimes it does not. It never lets me print from my computer so it’s not reliable. You have to keep your phone on the app while printing or it stops and I don’t have that kind of time to waste. I would not recommend this

    Loved this printer when I first got it. Unfortunately it stop printing and we can’t figure out why. We’ve changed the ink and that didn’t solve the issue
