    Very hard to connect to the WIFI. It also don’t stay connected. The WIFI button is pushed in too far. Other than that it is a decent printer when I’m able to access WIFI.

    Not less than a year, and paper jams all the time. Useless utilities app. You have to keep checking on the printer that it doesn't jam. Contact HP support and what they suggest is to use HP paper! And it doesn't have functional menu from the printer. You need to use the app for everything.

    HP used to be my go to brand for printers, unfortunately that's changed. My previous HP was a mess from the start, excess jams, poor print quality, or won't print at all, which is why I purchased this one. While it is aesthetically pleasing, print quality was hit or miss. I wasted paper with cleaning or adjustment, and parts of the printout were still uneven or faded, even with new ink. Anytime I tried level 2 cleaning, the app would give me an error, and it depletes ink like water. Disappointing I had to return it. I went with a Brother model and it's been great.

    Every few days it would randomly disconnect from the Wi-Fi. Then I’d have to spend time troubleshooting. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Now, it has an E6 error code and nothing I do will fix it. Since there is no interface on the printer itself, everything has to be done via the HP Smart app. The app is clunky at best. Not user friendly at all. I do not recommend this printer.
