    This is the worst printer I have ever owned! 1. It has a pulsating sound, like a heartbeat, that is continuous. 2. It setup easily the first time, but when my router was changed out, I have tried 4 or 5 times to connect it to my computer and I can't get it to connect, even following HP's online manual. I have even connected it manually to my computer, and the HP printing app can't seem to find the printer time after time. Sometimes it prints, sometimes the computer can't find it. 3. The control panel on the printer are just lighted icons, which require you to "push this one once and that one twice and watch for the green light" to do anything. I am thinking I will throw this in the trash and call it a loss. Never buying HP printers again.

    So far I am not pleased. I CANNOT get this blasted thing to talk with my MacBook. It will allow me to print from my phone, but not the computer. The help and support is confusing and has not been AT ALL helpful thus far. I WOULD NOT buy this printer! And HP has made customer support a labyrinth of avenues of which has still not solved my problem. I ignore it for a while, try to connect it again (spending a lot of hours doing so) to no avail, then want to chuck it out the window.
