    So far I am not pleased. I CANNOT get this blasted thing to talk with my MacBook. It will allow me to print from my phone, but not the computer. The help and support is confusing and has not been AT ALL helpful thus far. I WOULD NOT buy this printer! And HP has made customer support a labyrinth of avenues of which has still not solved my problem. I ignore it for a while, try to connect it again (spending a lot of hours doing so) to no avail, then want to chuck it out the window.

    The printer runs out of ink too fast, and it always says there is an error with the ink even though it’s an original HP ink cartridge in there.

    Every few days it would randomly disconnect from the Wi-Fi. Then I’d have to spend time troubleshooting. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Now, it has an E6 error code and nothing I do will fix it. Since there is no interface on the printer itself, everything has to be done via the HP Smart app. The app is clunky at best. Not user friendly at all. I do not recommend this printer.

    Decent printer. Wish it was more slim and the tech more seamless. We are in 2023, printers don’t seem to have improved very much. But that’s a more general critiscm of all printers.

    This darn thing connected to the Internet when we first got it, but that was it. It will not print wirelessly. That means it’s no good to us and never expecting this to happen, I threw out the box, so I can’t return it. I have tried everything. The manual has said to try to get it to work but it won’t. The reason I bought this was because I got a new computer that runs Windows 11 and my older 2015 Canon printer has drivers that are obsolete and Canon doesn’t update them anymore. Therefore I couldn’t get this new computer to work with that Canon printer. Now I’ve got two printers sitting side-by-side. Neither of them will work with my computer. I’m not happy with this purchase and I do not recommend it at all.
