    This printer is so finicky. Sometimes it lets me print from my phone sometimes it does not. It never lets me print from my computer so it’s not reliable. You have to keep your phone on the app while printing or it stops and I don’t have that kind of time to waste. I would not recommend this

    I BOUGHT THIS HP PRINTER BACK IN AUG 2024 NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS ON & OFF FOR MONTHS IT WOULD NOT PRINT ALSO HP SOFTWARE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY ON WINDOWS 10 PC, FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK ABOUT TWO DAYS AGO JAN 2025 I'M WORRIED ABOUT HOW LONG IT WILL LAST, I'M NOT A YOUNG PERSON, HOWEVER I SHOULD NOT BE STRESS OUT FOR USING HP PRODUCT NOT HAPPY WITH THIS HP PRINTER AND MY HP WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHY ALSO STATES THAT I HAVE 3 MONTH INSTEAD OF 6 MONTH THAT CAME WITH THIS HP PRINTED.     I have had more problems with this printer than any others I've ever had..will print from my phone, won't print from my phone..have to unplug and reset all the time..have had to have geek squad go through it .

    Printer is good BUT it was extremely difficult to set up and connect to the WiFi in our home. My Wife is the primary user and she is DISAPPOINTED with this printer !

    I've never had an HP printer that was so difficult to use. I wish my old one never broke it was perfect however it just stopped printing in color. But this new HP smart that they use to run these printers is absolutely horrendous. It is constantly going offline and is is absolutely difficult to hook up by yourself. I wish I never bought it

    Printer takes too long to print and printing from an iphone takes about 15 min. Quality of print is good but overall this is very slow
