Perfect printer for home or office!! I love it!!!!!

The printer has been a constant source of frustration, disconnecting from the Wi-Fi on a daily basis. Attempts to seek assistance from HP proved unhelpful, and reaching out to Best Buy yielded no better results. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

I don’t like the fact this is WiFi only. If WiFi is out, you can’t print anything. There’s no direct cord connection. Also the ink deal is ridiculous too.

Was disappointed with the way it kept getting off track.

Bought this when my HP Tango failed on me and this is a terrible printer. Every other day it stops working and of course it always seems to be when I need it for something important. I am giving up on HP, wish I didn’t miss the return window.

worthless, will not connect to Spectrum routers. 6 days o phone, remote sessions, cell phone. Hp says must use USB, HP printer do not connect to spectrum routers. Thus Days, countless hours, paper, ink, printer requires HP+ thus must connect to Spectrum home router so no free ink etc. Spectrum is also useless- FCC complaint filed.

Hate, hate this printer. Never works when you want it to. Have to download the HP smart app and i find nothing smart about it. Takes forever to get it going and for days it says cancelling screen and is stuck. Customer service isn't any help either. Had an older printer that didnt require the app. It worked great until it died. Maybe I will try a different brand. Not happy with HP. Also the light on it stays on all the time. Not really a problem, just annoying.

Printer has hesitate before printing. one issue or another.

The printer and the associated app have had a lot of trouble connecting. I had to print the same color pictures more than once and was not able to get consistent quality with streaking. I only was able to print a few dozen sheets and had to replace both black and color cartridges TWICE ($15 each). Should have invested in a color laser printer.

Was good at the beginning, have had to reinstall this unit four times now with HP computer. Just got home and let’s make it a fifth time. Ughhh

Worked for 2 months, now I get unknown errors every time I try to print. Completely shutting down & restarting everything is the only thing that seems to work. Get what you pay for I guess

Super easy purchase and pick up. The set up and use of the printer isn't as easy as it should be, the reason for the 3 stars.

Worst purchase ever. You need to install HP Smart and subscribe to the Instant Ink program for configuring and using this printer. If you unsubscribe it gets disconfigured. The set up process is terrible. It doesn’t have a screen and you have to read the status using the bottoms and the light changes. I really tried to keep it, but after many trials I bought another one and lost money for this putchase

Would prefer buttons with word information instead of Just Icons

It's a printer, not much else to say about that... The issue is with it needing to be reset/turned off and on every time it sits for too long without being used. We've tried many things and turned off any "sleep/power save" options... with no luck. Same issue, been going on for months. Frustrating and time consuming. We just ordered a non-HP replacement. Hopefully it prints consistently, without needing to be turned off and on.

It turns out Kyle is new as in “useless” not “shiny”. Can not print 10 pages without jamming. Can not run low on paper or it jams. Can not overfill paper or it jams. Can not queue up jobs or it jams. Can not run low on ink or…it jams. Can not print a page in both color and black and white or…it jams. Can not ACTUALLY print two sided or…it jams. Took me TWO hours of constant supervision and 253 pages of my print allotment to print FOUR 50 page documents. That’s a significant error rate.

Printer gave out a little after a year of usage. Would no longer connect to WIFI despite multiple troubleshooting attempts. Definitely a waste of money, and I will no longer buy HP printers. The quality is consistently decreasing year after year.
