Horrible and badly made printer.. fraudulent Disabling of Printer Functionality after exiting the ink plan.... Do not buy HP. This practice is misleading and fraudulent, as it directly contradicts representations made by HP regarding the intended use and accessibility of printer features under active Instant Ink subscriptions. Such disabling actions unfairly impair product usage and significantly diminish consumer rights and expectations.

Printer did a good job, but needed ink refill after less than 3 weeks use of less than 10 pages per day.

Don't waste your time or money on this. Followed the instructions to the letter. Tried to connect to the printer multiple ways. It always came up with the same message: "Unable to connect to the network. This may be a temporary issue." It was "temporary" for two days. Then put it back in the box and returned it. Don't waste your money.

Only able to setup printer over wifi kind of makes it a hassle. A display would make it easier but this is a more economical model.

Purchased for my daughters dorm. Not the best of setup directions...Still trying to get it setup.

Connection issues. I world not recommend. Although it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

Does not scan to computer or email. When printer has issues, Red Cross appears on panel but no explanation as to what the problem could be.

This is a terrible printer. Got a new wifi router and it took over an hour to try to reconnect the printer to the new wifi. There are no clear instructions for anything and it is much more difficult than it has to be. The printer also just randomly disconnects from the wifi and I have to restart the whole process over again. The printer also barely holds enough paper. Also the printer light doesn’t have an option to turn off unless you turn off the entire printer

The printer took multiple attempts to set up, reset the wireless setting, and get the printing operation to work. Once the printer was working, numerous cleanings and alignments were required to get a document to print somewhat legibly.

This printer works okay. Prints nicely but it ALWAYS prints two and even sometimes three copies when I only want ONE copy. After literally spending hours with tech support, google, and brainstorming every which way… it still does what it does. I got so annoyed with it I just gave it to my 8 year old granddaughter.

This product sucks don’t buy this it’s hard to connect I call hp you can’t even get a hold of anyone at hp accept there stupid app which is no help at all or the directions suck I have never had this much trouble connecting anything to my internet I’ll never recommend a hp product to anyone again no wonder bestbuy only has 15 day return policy instead of 30 day my last printer was an hp I had problems connecting with that one to it went in the garbage it looks like this one will be joining it

Printer works fine but setup is a hassle as it has to run through an app which can be challenging to setup with wifi. Took me 30 minutes to set up initially and a couple of minutes if I haven't used it in a while. Don't know if this is how all printers are these days

I bought this based on good reviews, but it would not recognize the printer cartridge that CAME IN THE BOX. I tried to purchase a replacement, but it wouldn’t recognize those either. I tried all the tricks that I could find online for this issue. None worked. Unfortunately didn’t get it returned in time, so now I’m stuck with a $70 printer that doesn’t do anything. Joy.

Gave it 3 stars being that it has not been used yet due to the fact that it is a xmas gift. Hope he likes it.

Didn’t like the quality of the printing, also needed to have a printer that could have fax as option.

This printer is ok. It can handle basic color and black and white printing and copying. However mine makes a terrible high pitch background noise and I cannot leave it turned on in sleep mode so it loses a lot of the benefit of wireless printing since I have to go turn it on and off for each printing. I wouldn’t buy it again because of this.

It works well. too many buttos, lights. hard to set up for me

It prints perfectly fine on regular paper, but if printing on glossy photo paper/sticker paper DONT buy! For a couple weeks it worked fine on glossy paper, then the printer decided it could no longer read the glossy paper. Reached out to HP, who sent a replacement and the replacement does the exact same thing! I’m so mad that I wasted my money on this printer. I have wasted so much time and paper!

Never worked from the start. You have to pay for anything you want best buy to do. Poor service, poor support. Still under warranty but best buy won't do anything without $$$. Last time I shop here. Will do to Amazon again where there is never an issue
