The printer works very good. But the scanner takes forever to scan a document

For the price it was an okay printer. The print quality isn’t always that great.

Worse ever. After a year they unable the software , Best Buy is not selling anymore and o got a piece of junk in my desk

This printer always goes offline, tears through ink like it's free, and is frustrating to troubleshoot. Cheap for a reason.

At the time of this review, I have used this printer for a while and it was pretty unbearable to use. The wifi connection keeps dropping or going mia. Even when it prints out a sheet that says it's connected and online, my devices still sees it as offline. The HP Smart app was not very smart at all. It keeps asking me to sign in and also was unable to find my printer. And when trying to restart the process all over again to readd printer, it was unable to find it. Luckily I bought gsp for it and will now return it and see if I can get something else.

Good but set up is hard. Especially if you change wifi

I love the printer. However, I can't rely on it. A tech fixes it and it works...the next day it doesn't work. This has gone on since I bought it August 14l A tech is coming again tomorrow We'll see how long it works because I'm sure he will not leave until it is working.

The printer doesn't work. I set it up and was able to print a few pages but only in black & white. The color cartridge never worked. After attempting to follow the instructions to fix the color cartridge, the printer then stopped working entirely, and it won't connect to the internet. I'm hoping to return it.

This printer has only given me heartache. It prints when it wants and most of the time it doesn't. When I sent a document to this printer I have to get up, walk across the room turn the printer off and on again to get any results. I am 81 years old, and I don't feel like the constant getting up and down and the aggravation. Why can't I return this nuisance of a printer and get another? What can you do to help me?

worked good for 2 weeks, then went off line & I could not get it on line again-

It works, but have its issues. Not the best and also hard to setup. Ink was stuck, it was hard to remove at first.

I had an HP envy printer for over 7 years that was awesome but just eventually died. I was hopeful this printer would be a good replacement but it’s the absolute worst - it never connects to the internet & it’s impossible to get any support from HP. Things will print days later when it finally decides to connect to the internet for a split second… And the problem is not my internet bc the old printer never had these issues - I am now stuck with having to replace it again after a few weeks of frustration. Do not buy this printer.

It did it's job, and it did it poorly. Printing was definitely slow, as expected. However, I did not think it would give me such a hassle with double-sided printing. Just when I think I figured out the settings to print correctly, it changes with other apps. Scanning was the worst, takes forever!

Surpise something from Best Buy that works! Printer ink too costly.

I see the product is so far good. But i see there is a minir damage.

Not such a fabulous printer. I have a lot of issues with connectivity, so it takes forever to actually use. As a scanner it works great, but for everything else....not so much. It doesn't print my documents, takes a while to copy papers. If I hadn't gotten this as a Black Friday deal I would be fuming.

Changing the ink in this things has proven to be quite the task! I subscribed to instant ink, and they sent me one, but it did not work. I kept getting an error. I purchased ink from a store, and it still gave me an error. Are these really meant to be one and done?

Worked great for about 2 weeks. Haven't been able to use remote wifi printing since. No better than the old printer it was supposed to replace.

We can not get it to work wireless When it does print it’s great quality but it has nothing but a headache for me and my family
