Spotty at best.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only able to setup printer over wifi kind of makes it a hassle. A display would make it easier but this is a more economical model.

Very cheap quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does not scan to computer or email. When printer has issues, Red Cross appears on panel but no explanation as to what the problem could be.

So - So
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked it at the beginning but then I had to change my router, and it would not connect again. Tried for hours to reconnect to new router and would not. So I trashed it for a new one.

Untolerable privacy and quality concerns
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately could not select less than 1 star. Setting up a printer is a nightmare so could not use it to taste the quality. On top of that HP Smart app needs me to sign in to HP account to scan a document on my own printer. I simply don't like to create accounts for no reason. Scanning a document should not need me to sign in! NOT acceptable. I would never recommend such a product to anyone from a company which does not regard the privacy of customers.

This printer will just frustrate you!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer has been a constant source of frustration, disconnecting from the Wi-Fi on a daily basis. Attempts to seek assistance from HP proved unhelpful, and reaching out to Best Buy yielded no better results. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Would not recognize the printer cartridge. EVER.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this based on good reviews, but it would not recognize the printer cartridge that CAME IN THE BOX. I tried to purchase a replacement, but it wouldn’t recognize those either. I tried all the tricks that I could find online for this issue. None worked. Unfortunately didn’t get it returned in time, so now I’m stuck with a $70 printer that doesn’t do anything. Joy.

HP can do better
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It served its short purpose. It wasn’t an easy to understand machine… I wish the manual was clearer in all the blinking lights. The upside was the automatic ink renewal. That was easy to set up.

Worst printer ever
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The worst printer ever; always shows off line even though it is on line; requires complete reboot of computer, internet connections and printer to get anything to print; flashing buttons are not labeled so you need to check instructions each time to figure out what they are for; uses a system of flashing and solid color lighting to signal issues and again, need to consult instructions each time to figure out what it is trying to say. Totally ridiculous. i guess you get what you pay for.....

Wish I could have returned
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this when my HP Tango failed on me and this is a terrible printer. Every other day it stops working and of course it always seems to be when I need it for something important. I am giving up on HP, wish I didn’t miss the return window.

Look else where. Not user friendly.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HP lost their touch. It used to be my go to printer. Instant ink double charged me.

Printer works ok
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is ok. It can handle basic color and black and white printing and copying. However mine makes a terrible high pitch background noise and I cannot leave it turned on in sleep mode so it loses a lot of the benefit of wireless printing since I have to go turn it on and off for each printing. I wouldn’t buy it again because of this.

Piece of Crap
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer gave out a little after a year of usage. Would no longer connect to WIFI despite multiple troubleshooting attempts. Definitely a waste of money, and I will no longer buy HP printers. The quality is consistently decreasing year after year.

Not straigtforward
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer works fine but setup is a hassle as it has to run through an app which can be challenging to setup with wifi. Took me 30 minutes to set up initially and a couple of minutes if I haven't used it in a while. Don't know if this is how all printers are these days
