I tried to purchase a replacement, but it wouldn’t recognize those either. I tried all the tricks that I could find online for this issue. None worked. Unfortunately didn’t get it returned in time, so now I’m stuck with a $70 printer that doesn’t do anything. Joy.

Would no longer connect to WIFI despite multiple troubleshooting attempts. Definitely a waste of money, and I will no longer buy HP printers. The quality is consistently decreasing year after year.

It can handle basic color and black and white printing and copying. However mine makes a terrible high pitch background noise and I cannot leave it turned on in sleep mode so it loses a lot of the benefit of wireless printing since I have to go turn it on and off for each printing. I wouldn’t buy it again because of this.

Useless utilities app. You have to keep checking on the printer that it doesn't jam. Contact HP support and what they suggest is to use HP paper! And it doesn't have functional menu from the printer. You need to use the app for everything.

Took me 30 minutes to set up initially and a couple of minutes if I haven't used it in a while. Don't know if this is how all printers are these days

Have to download the HP smart app and i find nothing smart about it. Takes forever to get it going and for days it says cancelling screen and is stuck. Customer service isn't any help either. Had an older printer that didnt require the app. It worked great until it died. Maybe I will try a different brand. Not happy with HP. Also the light on it stays on all the time. Not really a problem, just annoying.

Haven’t even gotten halfway through the original ink cartridges and it stopped printing correctly. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps except for new ink, but it’s cheaper to just buy a new printer.

Can not print 10 pages without jamming. Can not run low on paper or it jams. Can not overfill paper or it jams. Can not queue up jobs or it jams. Can not run low on ink or…it jams. Can not print a page in both color and black and white or…it jams. Can not ACTUALLY print two sided or…it jams. Took me TWO hours of constant supervision and 253 pages of my print allotment to print FOUR 50 page documents. That’s a significant error rate.

WiFi connection extremely spotty

The wifi connection keeps dropping or going mia. Even when it prints out a sheet that says it's connected and online, my devices still sees it as offline. The HP Smart app was not very smart at all. It keeps asking me to sign in and also was unable to find my printer. And when trying to restart the process all over again to readd printer, it was unable to find it. Luckily I bought gsp for it and will now return it and see if I can get something else.
