Installation and operation of this printer is challenging. It is not user friendly

Printer works ok, did not realize it had to come with ink, and paper autofills

Worked for 2 months, now I get unknown errors every time I try to print. Completely shutting down & restarting everything is the only thing that seems to work. Get what you pay for I guess

It works well. too many buttos, lights. hard to set up for me

Bad printer, can’t print anything for months with their printer connectivity problem. Impossible to get a warranty replacement or assist. They open the case but then closed it next day. Useless printer, I had to use paid printer services outside my house instead

[Employee of bestbuy] At the time of this review, I have used this printer for a while and it was pretty unbearable to use. The wifi connection keeps dropping or going mia. Even when it prints out a sheet that says it's connected and online, my devices still sees it as offline. The HP Smart app was not very smart at all. It keeps asking me to sign in and also was unable to find my printer. And when trying to restart the process all over again to readd printer, it was unable to find it. Luckily I bought gsp for it and will now return it and see if I can get something else.

I love the printer. However, I can't rely on it. A tech fixes it and it works...the next day it doesn't work. This has gone on since I bought it August 14l A tech is coming again tomorrow We'll see how long it works because I'm sure he will not leave until it is working.

For the price it was an okay printer. The print quality isn’t always that great.

The printer works very good. But the scanner takes forever to scan a document

The printer doesn't work. I set it up and was able to print a few pages but only in black & white. The color cartridge never worked. After attempting to follow the instructions to fix the color cartridge, the printer then stopped working entirely, and it won't connect to the internet. I'm hoping to return it.

This product sucks don’t buy this it’s hard to connect I call hp you can’t even get a hold of anyone at hp accept there stupid app which is no help at all or the directions suck I have never had this much trouble connecting anything to my internet I’ll never recommend a hp product to anyone again no wonder bestbuy only has 15 day return policy instead of 30 day my last printer was an hp I had problems connecting with that one to it went in the garbage it looks like this one will be joining it

Hate, hate this printer. Never works when you want it to. Have to download the HP smart app and i find nothing smart about it. Takes forever to get it going and for days it says cancelling screen and is stuck. Customer service isn't any help either. Had an older printer that didnt require the app. It worked great until it died. Maybe I will try a different brand. Not happy with HP. Also the light on it stays on all the time. Not really a problem, just annoying.

WILL NOT PURCHASE THIS. I've been dealing with the cord falling out. It is very loose.

worked good for 2 weeks, then went off line & I could not get it on line again-

Was good at the beginning, have had to reinstall this unit four times now with HP computer. Just got home and let’s make it a fifth time. Ughhh

It turns out Kyle is new as in “useless” not “shiny”. Can not print 10 pages without jamming. Can not run low on paper or it jams. Can not overfill paper or it jams. Can not queue up jobs or it jams. Can not run low on ink or…it jams. Can not print a page in both color and black and white or…it jams. Can not ACTUALLY print two sided or…it jams. Took me TWO hours of constant supervision and 253 pages of my print allotment to print FOUR 50 page documents. That’s a significant error rate.

It did it's job, and it did it poorly. Printing was definitely slow, as expected. However, I did not think it would give me such a hassle with double-sided printing. Just when I think I figured out the settings to print correctly, it changes with other apps. Scanning was the worst, takes forever!

Good but set up is hard. Especially if you change wifi

Surpise something from Best Buy that works! Printer ink too costly.

I had an HP envy printer for over 7 years that was awesome but just eventually died. I was hopeful this printer would be a good replacement but it’s the absolute worst - it never connects to the internet & it’s impossible to get any support from HP. Things will print days later when it finally decides to connect to the internet for a split second… And the problem is not my internet bc the old printer never had these issues - I am now stuck with having to replace it again after a few weeks of frustration. Do not buy this printer.
