We can not get it to work wireless When it does print it’s great quality but it has nothing but a headache for me and my family

It’s a printer… it prints, nothing good nothing bad it just is.

It prints. Could be smaller and less awkward. I guess it’s ok

Completely worthless. First, it does not pair to any of my devices. After jumping through some hoops, I find something about having to download an HP printer app. I was pressing buttons to try to get it to turn on and pair, and it tried printing out a sample page, and the paper got jammed. I perform basically heart surgery to extract this piece of paper, and now the printer is flashing yellow. This piece of junk does not work. Avoid it.

The only issue i uave is the setup process. It was a bit frustrating.

We bought this printer to create labels and this will not print them correctly. No matter what we do. We have another HP printer ( ) and the same labels print correctly every time. We even have issue printing regular sheets. This printer is a hunk of junk. We have had it about 30 days and it is non-returnable, otherwise it wouldn’t be taking up room in the garage. DO NOT BUY!

Bought one, got message that ink cartridges that came with it were not authentic. Returned, second one would only print test pages. Returned that one and bought a brothers brand and up and running in 10 minutes. All of the go security junk makes these printers trash

works ok. little slow printing takes us about 3 min. to get something printed.

Very smart in the beginning. After the change of ink cartridge it would not read the ink. So it is dumped in a corner. Ready for annual electronic disposal by our municipality.

I would not recommend this priner to anyone. Printer is offline all the time. I turn it on and it still reads as being offline and I CAN'T PRINT ANYTHING. SO FRUSTRATING.

This printer makes a weird noise that makes it annoying to keep on all the time. Additionally, it frequently doesn’t print directly from a website, photo etc. You are best off printing everything through the HP app which isn’t always available.

I've only had this printer for a couple months. I've printed less than 20 pages. It's a hunk of junk. It will not connect to the internet now. I've tried to print the instructions as stated in the app but they tell me to push a button that's not even there. The app is useless as there is no wifi configurations or reset there either.

Its trash, it is melware and subscriptions to hpink they'll bill you and not send the ink.

I have a printer, but I don’t have it. It disconnects all the time from the Internet and it doesn’t reconnect back easily. I am not going to pay Geek Squad once again to reinstall it.

We have not had a chance to use this, but it is made of lightweight plastic and seems very fragile. NOTICE i paid for Geek Squad coverage, and my personal info was stolen. Getting emails daily from people trying to scam me, saying they are from Geek Squad

I bought this printer and used it to print about 50 page in the course of its very short, very sad life. Went to print something one day and much like a terrible coworker it didn’t work. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and stay far away from this printer.

I have never had so many issues with a printer before. If you don’t stay with there insta ink, you will have nothing but problems. Customer service is awful and I but HP cartridges and still have issues. I will never buy another HP printer again

Good printer but wifi sometimes doesnt connect!!!!

This ranks as one of the worst purchases I’ve made from Best Buy. It was under $100 so I basically have a copier. It doesn’t have the features it claims. It’s not easy to set up if you don’t have a router unless you want to use your phone as a hot spot. And that’s hit or miss. You have to start from square one every time. It’s a copier.

The printer often is not available for wireless printing or scanning, but everything is set up correctly and the printer wifi icon is blue. Every time I had to power off and on to make it available online.
