Ink runs out after to print of running color print and the ios wifi connection is horrible it does not connect as it should.. always have to reset the network or print wifi in order for it to work

It stopped working suddenly and it's outside of the return window. No troubleshooting has worked. The instant ink is very inconvenient. It takes so long to receive the ink and it gets used up very quickly. I rely heavily on printing for studying so it is affecting my school work badly.

no idea if it works as the setup could never be completed, As it is wifi only I tried every network available, to no avail. Their "support" consisted of reading FAQ's to me and then blaming my network. which has over 15 devices running flawlessly, Like most of HP printers cheaply made and support, when you can understand them, useless

Information on Best Buy and HP website misleading. This printer cannot be set up and used fully without a cloud based HP account, so they can mine your data and sell you ink. This printer should be free from HP for the trouble. Or class action lawsuit against HP as it appears all their printers have been like this for two years.

Terrible do not buy!!! Moved and the printer will not connect to wifi!

After 3 months with it it's starting to print unevenly and weird. Ran the cleaning cycle on it multiple times but the ink doesn't come outor print like its supposed to.

Dont buy it, in order to do anything with app it demands you start a account. What im printing is no ones business! They say they dont collect any documents but they do. Why else would they demand you create a account to use the app? so they can be nosy. Hp is notorious for stealing information

This has been the worst printer I have ever had. I did the ink program and they charge me all kinds of money and then have the ability to stop my printer if I don't pay the monthly fee. It takes so very long go print and never stayed connected to my network. I just bought a new one and am purchasing my own ink..

I set up the printer and tried to print… PAPER JAMMED. I fixed the jam several times and the paper still jammed with every attempt after. I never got to actually printer. Gave up after about 5 1/2 hours and heading to return this junk.

Theae are supposed to be plug and play. The error messages aboit the cartridges would not go away. Spent time troubleshooting and then callwd a guy whoni couldn't understand and wasted my time returned it and am upset.

Terrible quality, hard to get set up, once set up you must maintain a subscription to be able to print from the printer you own.

This is the absolute WORST printer ever! I had issues with it from the start, but I tried to be patient. Time after time, my print jobs would either take forever to print (meaning, they'd print up an hour later) or they wouldn't even print at all. Owning this printer has been a really frustrating experience, so I finally gave up and bought a different brand.

Seems to do the job fine but it is a pain to use. Set up and trouble shooting is quite vauge. Still having trouble getting a pc to connect. Also the color cartrage ca.e dry and the black only printed 40 pages.

This printer is cheap for a reason. The ink finished extremely fast and I only print biweekly(6pages) this is the second time I’ve had to buy ink in 4 months not good.

This purchase was not good. It was very difficult to set up even with HP support. Once installed, it was very noisy - the printing process was very noisy, and the ink doesn't last. I returned it and opted for the HP LaserJet MFP M140w which is much better.

Most frustrating printer EVER! Constantly goes offline and having to reset it. I used all the printer ink with the constant print outs from HP! I dont like the HP app at all.

Having troubles getting it set up. I've tried twice and no results. I will try one more time, I have a person coming to help. I usually don't have any problems with HP printers

If you need a printer that you want to hook up to Wi-Fi and print you'll be messing with the printer every time because it will lose signal every time it's trash

I bought this to replace a much older version of this printer. I am so disappointed with this one. The on button is on the back. It's supposed to print 2 sided but only does it with one of my laptops which is not the one I need it the most. It also takes forever to start printing. For some reason HP thinks colored lights and fun noises are a great replacement for quality.
