This printer just stopped working for me because of connection issues. I wasted multiple hours trying to reconnect but it was all useless.

The printer power supply has a whine when powered on. It makes it hard to keep it on if it's placed near your computer.

Returned it because it continuously got paper jams. Only needed it for basic print outs but couldnt keep it.

I bought this to do printing from my iPhone. You have to install their software and you have to pay to use it. This is not right. I didn’t plan on paying to make print copies so unsatisfied can’t use the printer it’s worthless.

I bought this printer as a Christmas gift and we are just now trying to set it up. Mt wife, a computer teacher, is totally frustrated in getting it to work with her all-in-one computer that is only a few months old (both items purchased from Best Buy). She is ready to toss it out the window. Can I still get a refund?

I've had nothing but problems with this printer since I bought it. The ink cartridges fail and dry out. Mediocre quality printing at best. Horrible printing more often than not. HP Support spends more time trying to see ink subscriptions than resolving the problems.

Would not recommend. Will NOT stay online. Can't print from computer or scan. After spending and additional $100. for my computer guy to fix it, still having the same problem. Actually returned this purchase.

Had it a week and it already is malfunctioning. States that the paper drawer is open. It is not. It’s brand new - it absolutely should not be malfunctioning already!

Defect wireless function. Could not connect to any device or internet. Tried to call/message for help but the warantee expired… and i literally just bought it thst day! What a scam deal.

Purchase a year ago August. Have yet to get it to work. Messed up my Dell desktop. It's sitting in the box and will probably stay there. A waste of my money since I am on a fixed income.

I am pleased to have had the opportunity to test and review this small new printer from HP. My personal home printer is a much larger, full function, and more expensive HP that serves me very well. If I were to downsize, this new 6065e would be an excellent choice, plus it comes at a very affordable price. Unpacking and readying the device for set up is pretty much the most labor-intensive part of the process. If you already have the HP Smart app on your computer, you can be fully operational in less than five minutes. Open the app, follow the instructions, and the device will take over most of the labor required. Having the app already did give me a head start, but still I was impressed. It was possibly the most hands-free printer set up that I have experienced. Wi-Fi and network connection were ready in seconds. Major functions of this little work horse include: *Print: Reasonably quick. Print output clarity is excellent. Even though there is no document feeder, duplex printing is easily done without your intervention. When duplexing, there is a short pause between front and back printing. (NOTE: Do not touch the printed sheet until both sides are printed.) *Scan: Scanner is reasonably fast, accurate, and documents can easily be saved to a file. This function is not duplex. If duplex scanning is a must, HP has some excellent choices available at higher cost. *Copy: This function is also reasonably fast, and the copy quality is excellent. Quite possibly, you will control the functions using the app on your computer, smart phone, or other. However, you can also use operational buttons on the front of printer. They light up as needed. In this category, the one item that I do not like about the 6065e: the on/off button is on rear of the printer! So, you will need to lean over to find and use it. An annoyance unless you rarely turn off the printer. That said, it is not important enough to downgrade the 5-star rating. The footprint of the 6065e is small, making it easy to find a spot for its home. As such, it is an excellent, space saving printer for home, small office, or possibly even a dorm room. Wherever it’s put, it will be ready to assist when needed. Also, the price is right for gifting. A lot of value for the money makes the 6065e a great choice in small AOI printers.

Horrible as it never is connected and I have to reset it every time. Did not have problem with my previous printer so not sure why this is happening.

Im not happy the way it print photos eventhough i already adjust the settings. The print quality is poor.

Hard time setting up printer. No useful instructions included and when I called manufactures help line for help setting up printers wireless they kept me on phone for super long time to set it up. I still have not gotten it to print properly and it refused to work at all with my new Chromebook..

Bot this for my mom thinking it would be simpler to manager for her remotely. I was so wrong. I was charged even after canceling the membership

I thought I was getting good deal because of the price point, but this printer did not work for my needs. It is a basic printer and can only function by printing from the app which is not great. It was difficult to change the network connection. I returned this printer for a better model.

Printer was fairly cheap to buy but ive had nothing but issues connecting to it every time i need to use it.

Garbage printer. Do not buy. 2 months in, and I have barely used it. Now nothing prints, only some lines and a halo effect on the pages.

Very confusing to Use . The icons don’t indicate what their usage is for. No instructions included. Had to go online and landed up printing the entire brochure. Landed up using the 3 months of free ink . Had to buy ink in 2 wks after purchase ( not 3 months) . Pretty disappointed !!

Directions for its use are minimal. The symbols on the printer are ambiguous. It does not print quickly.
