After 3 months with it it's starting to print unevenly and weird. Ran the cleaning cycle on it multiple times but the ink doesn't come outor print like its supposed to.

Hard time setting up printer. No useful instructions included and when I called manufactures help line for help setting up printers wireless they kept me on phone for super long time to set it up. I still have not gotten it to print properly and it refused to work at all with my new Chromebook..

Im not happy the way it print photos eventhough i already adjust the settings. The print quality is poor.

Printer was fairly cheap to buy but ive had nothing but issues connecting to it every time i need to use it.

I thought I was getting good deal because of the price point, but this printer did not work for my needs. It is a basic printer and can only function by printing from the app which is not great. It was difficult to change the network connection. I returned this printer for a better model.

I bought this to do printing from my iPhone. You have to install their software and you have to pay to use it. This is not right. I didn’t plan on paying to make print copies so unsatisfied can’t use the printer it’s worthless.

It is a piece of crap. Constantly prints in green,and never stops beeping. Worst printer ive ever bought. Hp support is no help.

Directions for its use are minimal. The symbols on the printer are ambiguous. It does not print quickly.

This printer is HORRIBLE. Do not waste your money. Constant error messages. Won't read the ink correctly and now it is passed return date by 7 days. I should have listened to the other reviews.

Very confusing to Use . The icons don’t indicate what their usage is for. No instructions included. Had to go online and landed up printing the entire brochure. Landed up using the 3 months of free ink . Had to buy ink in 2 wks after purchase ( not 3 months) . Pretty disappointed !!

Its trash, it is melware and subscriptions to hpink they'll bill you and not send the ink.

This printer is cheap for a reason. The ink finished extremely fast and I only print biweekly(6pages) this is the second time I’ve had to buy ink in 4 months not good.

Made a horrible high pitched whine whenever the light in front did something different and while printing. Went through ink massively fast. Had to reset wi-if multiple times for different reasons. 1 time use had massive grind up paper jam.

Would not recommend. Will NOT stay online. Can't print from computer or scan. After spending and additional $100. for my computer guy to fix it, still having the same problem. Actually returned this purchase.

Second envy printer ive had. Will not connected. Quick google search shows this is an ongoing problem with this model. Very annoying. Dont get suckered into the ink plan

I am having tremendous problems with this printer, printing via Bluetooth (airless). It is synced with my internet and yet it doesn’t activate to print. I’m probably going to return it!

Garbage. Every time I go to print it shows as "Offline" and I have to manually unplug and replug in for it to reconnect. Also paper jams constantly. Not even work looking at.

Very disappointed in doing business with HP do not get their free printer ink. They charge you for printing when you’re not printing and turned off your printer when you need it the most saying that you owe the money. Your app has got all kinds of problems.

This is the worst printer I've ever used. It has constant issues and is not worth the time or money. The use of icons and colors instead of words to say what error is occurring is childish and ridiculous. Now, 5 months later, I have to go buy another printer.
