Would not recommend. Will NOT stay online. Can't print from computer or scan. After spending and additional $100. for my computer guy to fix it, still having the same problem. Actually returned this purchase.

Directions for its use are minimal. The symbols on the printer are ambiguous. It does not print quickly.

It is a piece of crap. Constantly prints in green,and never stops beeping. Worst printer ive ever bought. Hp support is no help.

Very confusing to Use . The icons don’t indicate what their usage is for. No instructions included. Had to go online and landed up printing the entire brochure. Landed up using the 3 months of free ink . Had to buy ink in 2 wks after purchase ( not 3 months) . Pretty disappointed !!

NOT WORTH IT,IT WAS HARD SETTING UP THE WIFI.THERFORE I RETURNED IT.

Made a horrible high pitched whine whenever the light in front did something different and while printing. Went through ink massively fast. Had to reset wi-if multiple times for different reasons. 1 time use had massive grind up paper jam.

Piece of crap, frequently disconnecting from internet and mobile app. The only solution hp gave is reinstall the app, restart the phone. Glad they didn’t ask me to buy a new phone.

It prints maybe 60% of the pages. All the inks are full, ive cleaned it multiple times. After a year now I can say its probably the worst we’ve owned

Terrible do not buy!!! Moved and the printer will not connect to wifi!

Purchase a year ago August. Have yet to get it to work. Messed up my Dell desktop. It's sitting in the box and will probably stay there. A waste of my money since I am on a fixed income.

This printer should not be sold it cheap and impossible to install. After working with Geek Squad for over 3 hours I packed it up and returned it to the store. Total piece of junk.

Bought this product to print faster , but takes longer like 1 min to connect and print

Horrible as it never is connected and I have to reset it every time. Did not have problem with my previous printer so not sure why this is happening.

Very disappointed in doing business with HP do not get their free printer ink. They charge you for printing when you’re not printing and turned off your printer when you need it the most saying that you owe the money. Your app has got all kinds of problems.

This is the worst printer I've ever used. It has constant issues and is not worth the time or money. The use of icons and colors instead of words to say what error is occurring is childish and ridiculous. Now, 5 months later, I have to go buy another printer.

Printer broke in lest than 3 months cant register paper tray door being closed. Constantly have to push go button to print on every page. No wonder its on clearance. Do yourself a favor and spend the little extra money to get a better more reliable printer.

Defect wireless function. Could not connect to any device or internet. Tried to call/message for help but the warantee expired… and i literally just bought it thst day! What a scam deal.

This printer has been nothing but trouble since day one. I have had it for just over two weeks and the piece that holds the printer cartridge broke off the first time I tried to replace the ink rendering it unuseable. Poorly made. Save yourself the headache.

Had it a week and it already is malfunctioning. States that the paper drawer is open. It is not. It’s brand new - it absolutely should not be malfunctioning already!

This printer is not easily understood. I am having a hard time to just print a page.
