HORRIBLE PRINTER DO NOT BUY

Constantly have to push go button to print on every page. No wonder its on clearance. Do yourself a favor and spend the little extra money to get a better more reliable printer.

Waste of my good money

Messed up my Dell desktop. It's sitting in the box and will probably stay there. A waste of my money since I am on a fixed income.

Save yourself the headache

I have had it for just over two weeks and the piece that holds the printer cartridge broke off the first time I tried to replace the ink rendering it unuseable. Poorly made. Save yourself the headache.

Don’t waste your money

After working with Geek Squad for over 3 hours I packed it up and returned it to the store. Total piece of junk.

A real lemon treat doesn’t print when you send it something to print. Do not buy. No help from Best Buy or HP. For some reason, BB has a measly 2 week window. Their useless “chat” told me to call HP.

Once you get it set up and intitialize and get the printer head set you have ALMOST enough ink left for about 8 to 10 pages before you’re out of ink.
