It did not work and there is no manual. Everything is via the app so it's confusing. I'd give zero stars if I could.

It won’t connect to the internet even though it’s connected to my home WiFi. Has no ports to plug in to my laptop or router directly, so I am at a loss on how to fix it.

It will only print 25-30 pages per ink cartridge. I could buy a new printer for the cost of ink. This is not the quality product I expect from HP.

Outdated software

I got stuck in a bug setting it up with the app and it wouldn’t let me proceed with the setup. Therefore I wasn’t able to even use the product. Had to return.
