    There is not one thing I like about this printer. It will only print 25-30 pages per ink cartridge. I could buy a new printer for the cost of ink. This is not the quality product I expect from HP.

    Their software is so bad. I got stuck in a bug setting it up with the app and it wouldn’t let me proceed with the setup. Therefore I wasn’t able to even use the product. Had to return.

    Stopped working day 1. Hassle to set up and poor wifi/bluetooth connectivity. After half a day it stopped responding all together. I will never buy HP again.

    This is the worst printer I ever experienced. The paper constant jams the ink runs out really fast and overall it’s slow and inefficient.

    This printer won't recognize any other ink cartridge than what came with the printer. BestBuy won't take back the ink cartridge that doesn't work so there was a waste of $30
