Decent, all around multifunction printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is your typical, "basic" at home printer. There really aren't too many frills with this printer and that should suit most people just fine I think. While this isn't quite priced at a budget friendly level, this is definitely a decent printer for those who do very light printing or just need to have a printer at home just in case. This is a typical printer from HP in terms of specs/speed. It has your standard USB/Wifi connectivity as well as bluetooth so you can print remotely if needed. Nice feature to have if you need to print something out out on the road or something and can swing by your place to pick it up. I've done this a few times and it's quite a convenience for sure. Print speed is acceptable I think at around 10PPM for black which is what I print the most of. Color is a bit slower as usual however I don't foresee a need to print color stuff anytime soon. The scanner is also OK as well. Definitely not high definition scanning as this gets to 300dpi. Normally, I prefer at least 600dpi for scans but, for most people, I think this will suffice. And, as with any printer, the big thing are the ink cartridges and how much those are. Fortunately, this only uses 2 cartridges (Black/Color) and they're reasonably priced at ~$40 for the set. The XL or high capacity cartridges are around $60 I think. The only con I can think of is the price for this printer. Considering the low/mid specs on this printer, I would've liked to have seen it around the $99 mark. There are other printers better than this from other manufacturers that are cheaper and just as good so I think a lower price point would be ideal here. For just about any need, this printer should fit the bill. Not too pricey, cartridges are relatively inexpensive and decent specs on this printer. Thanks Best Buy for the free HP ENVY 6065e for this review.

Top Class Look and Feel Design
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This HP ENVY 6065e printer arrived on time and the packaging was top-class. It was very nicely packed and protected during transit. The contents inside the box were the printer itself, a power cord, and a manual for setup. The printer boasts several features such as the ability to work via Wifi, work via USB, and function as both a printer and scanner. In terms of design, the printer looks really nice and cool. It stands out from a design and look point of view. The light design is excellent and the different colors have specific meanings. For example, if the light is solid blue, it means the printer is connected to Wifi and ready to print. If it is dark blue, it means it is connecting to the network. The color codes used are very helpful. The control panel design is also very nice. In terms of performance, this printer is suitable for home printing only. The print speed is slow, so it cannot do fast printing, but the print quality is brilliant. Setting up the system is very easy. Just take the printer out of the box, connect it to power, and click the start button on the backside of the printer. After that, follow the instructions on the app. If you do not have the app, you first need to install the HP print app, which makes life easy. This printer uses cartridges, which means the ink will evaporate after a few months, regardless of whether you use the printer or not. HP offers six months of free ink supplies if you enroll in their plan. HP plans work for all households at affordable prices. Overall, this is a nice printer. The only downside is that the paper loading tray is small, so you cannot load many papers at once. However, this is okay for home use.

Low cost does not mean low quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This inexpensive printer you cannot beat the price for what it does. WiFi can use your cell phone without using the app, but it is needed to hook up to the wifi. Copies are fine, make sure to adjust the centering of paper when asked too. Printing colors are very good for the price, easy to use and they supply you with a black and white ink cartridge and a color one so you can start right away.

Good printer for a small home office!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First and foremost, this printer prints color accurately, and handles yardstick well. I really enjoyed the AirPrint function for my phones and iPads. it seemed to work well. The HP software that you can install seems to run on Mac and iPhone OK. This printer does not come with any USB cable connectivity out of the box and you will need to purchase that cable for USB connectivity to work. WiFi setup was quick and easy. This printer works well for scanning. Get the scans to output to my Mac did take a little bit of work and could have been easier if done through the App differently. double sided printing was a nice add on. My favorite part of this printer is the ink. For me I run out of ink regularly and my home office will go in spurts for weeks without ink as I procrastinate to get more or am unable to find any at my local store, but this printer is capable of ordering ink for you and gives you the ability to recycle your own cartridge. very convent and would recommend signing up for. I would not recommend this printer for anyone who needs to print large volumes of documents (more than 100 pages a week) due to the robustness of the device itself

Another Great HP Envy
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a solid little printer. It may be entry-level but you still get a terrific printing experience and the HP Envy brand is top-notch. You don't get all the servo actuated trays and latches but you do get the meat and potatoes of the Envy experience. I had a top-tier HP Envy a while back and I'm very glad to see that the Envy name is still going strong. It's really incredible to be able to get a print, scan, and copy machine at this price point and especially one that performs this well. Setup was a breeze. I'm so glad they removed the requirement of setting up an HP account before you're able to access the printing functions. The HP Smart app is fine for its purpose. The UI still looks a bit dated but it does the job. It's nice to be able to print from anywhere so your prints are waiting for you in the tray when you get home. The printing speed is on par with other printers in this tier clocking in with black and prints taking about 5 seconds and full-color prints averaging around 15 to 20 seconds. It's not a speed demon but it does print excellent photos.

Quality HP product like usual
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice little printer. Once it arrived opened the box everything neatly packed and accessible. Set up was a breeze. First thing I hooked it up to was my MacBook Air to test it the whole set up process took maybe 10 mins if that. Bluetooth connected to all devices with zero issues or latency. Honestly this is my third hp printer and there have never been any issues with them and this one is no exception so far. I was actually in my driveway yesterday and realized I didn’t print an email from work and 50 yards away from my printer maybe more the thing still printed that email from my car with no issue for my son to run out and hand it to me. Printer is small and compact and barely takes up any room on my already cluttered up stand which is also another huge bonus for me. I really can’t think of any negative aspects of this printer so far. As of now this little thing is perfect for me and my office if something changes I will update my review but as of now this thing is good to go. Get yourself one!

Great little printer!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer has been great so far. Out of the box, you have only a power cord, no usb cable or printer cable included. I plugged it in, immediately downloaded the HP smart app on my phone which helped me get it connected to my wifi network. A fun little surprise was the lights on the printer that changed colors. It has no functional purpose other than to “look neat” in my opinion. The printer easily installed via wifi on my desktop. It came with two cartridges, one black and one color. Setup was very easy. In about 7-8 minutes, I was printing from both my cell phone and from desktop within 15 minutes from opening the box. The scanner has so far worked very well. I was able to scan a photo to make a copy and it printed very clear for being a copy. I used the HP smart app to help crop the scanned image to fit the printer paper I was using. The app is super user friendly which is always so helpful. Printing speed has been impressive on the handful of photos and word documents that I’ve printed. It’s a little noisy while printing but when sticking it in “quiet mode” it seemed to reduce the motor noise slightly. One feature I do absolutely love after having it on another HP printer is the HP instant ink subscription. This printer came with a free 6 month trial but even after the trial I will continue using this subscription. I will end up paying $3.99 a month for 50 pages each month. It works for me since I’m going to be using this as an only color based print option. They have higher print options for more money a month based on your usage. Included in that fee is instant ink replacement when the printer detects its running low. You receive an email stating your new cartridges have shipped and they arrive to your home or business within a few days. I won’t have to pay any more for the cartridges with this subscription! That alone makes this printer an amazing deal. The only con so far for me is the very basic keypad. At first while setting it up, I found myself a little lost looking for indicator buttons. To be honest, yes I’ve been spoiled by my last HP printer which had a nice touchscreen with icons to use. This keypad area doesn’t have “buttons” persay, just lighted images when they are able to be used. The Wi-Fi indicator lights up a blue wifi symbol and when that went out I knew I had connection issues. Now that I’m familiar with the different keypad choices, I have no problems and am very happy with this unit. I have it in my office to be used as an only color printing option and so far it’s been great. I think with it being a copier, scanner and printer you absolutely can’t go wrong with this purchase!

Great printer work just as you would expect HP
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A lot of good and very little bad with this printer. Let's start with set up I tried set up to ways One with the mobile app and one through the computer - both worked almost seamlessly (small exception with the app - I had to do a button push on the printer that didn't take, they are soft buttons there was a small problem - more on that later). The app seemed to be a bit easier but if your used to setting them up you shouldn't have any issues either way Now for the printer itself everything is well laid out and sense to work as you would expect. One down side and really the only bad thing I could find is the soft buttons, outside of the power all off the buttons are soft press and the light are hidden until illuminated - this would not be a major [robem if you were used to the printer however just starting out it's a bit of a challenge to know if you pushed the button or is that the light that's supposed to be on. One other features is what I like to call the disco lights and sounds - this one you may or may not like depending on your personal taste - the printer has very colorful light and make a lot of chiming sound when it does anything (the sounds can be turned off but not sure on the lights). It was cool at first however then got a bit annoying Now for the important part - the print and scan functions I'll start with the easy one the scan - it works as you would except not the fastest I seen nor the slowest - the scan quality was good and color accurate - and the operation was very quiet - except for the disco noises at the end Now for the print options - this is where I was really impressed with the speed and quality. The printer was really good with textual prints, both B&W and color mixed. It did a good job with text an graphic mixed prints - was as fast as anything else I've seen in this price range. As far as pics - it's not a pic printer - if that what you want I'd get something else - it did an OK job of text and pic mixed as long as the pic was not to large - if the pic is to large you get a lot of ink saturation on the page - this was the same for almost any pic print on standard paper. I did a print on photo quality paper and it did an ok job, not anything you'd want to frame but could cover in a bind. Ink use - really can't comment on this as I've not had to replace the ink however from what I can tell it seem to be about at the stated specs So my over all impression is that for most this work cover any printing needs - if you need a printer that will print a combo of text and graphics in color this would be a great printer

Very Nice Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We needed to downsize and this is the perfect option. It does everything we need, is compact, even though the initial set up was a little tricky. It prints well and has many very nice features: 100 sheet storage tray, it scans, it can print from almost any device, and it looks cool!! LOL!! We are very pleased.

A bunch of function in one
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer is a great choice for home users who need a reliable and affordable printer. It offers a variety of features, including color printing, scanning, and copying, as well as wireless connectivity. The printer is also Energy Star certified, so you can be sure that it is energy efficient. One of the best things I noticed is its print quality. The printer produces sharp, clear text and vibrant colors, even on photos. It also supports a variety of paper sizes and types, so you can use it for a variety of projects, important if you have kids or your a big wresting sign making fan. Another good feature is its scanning capabilities. The printer can scan documents and photos at fairly high resolutions, they easily save to your computer and share online. The printer also has a built-in document feeder, so you can scan multiple pages at once. This is 2023 so obviously the printer can be connected to your home network wirelessly, so you can print from any device in your home. The printer also supports AirPrint, so you can print from your Apple devices. If you need a reliable and affordable printer. It offers a variety of features and it doesn't break the bank in the process. Pros: Good quality color printing Supports a variety of paper sizes Document feeder Can scan documents and photos at high resolutions Supports two-sided copying Wireless connectivity Energy Star certified Cons: Can be slow at times Ink cartridges can be expensive I have seen users have reported problems with the printer's software but not me, so not all of them or something they have fixed.
