Produces very clear prints. Yesterday the scanner was balky but I got it to work finally. It would have been nice to have all the instructions in one place in a hardcopy manual, but maybe that's just my bias against all things computer.

This is a beautiful refrigerator with a separate drink center that is easy to access - like the different size shelves and dual ice maker is great. Like the sleek look with no handles.

After i installed HPSmart app, i followed instruction to setup printer for the first time button. I am very flustrated, it always stuck at the WiFi connection finding printer stage. I tried to create an HP account, install with WIFi, install by connecting using UBS to computer, etc. all in vain. After hours of struggling, i start to read troubleshoot instruction, it states do not install using ethernet USB, so i tried to use WiFi only. Then, it states, if it is still not working. reset WiFi button ( at the back of printer, below power button, not obvious if not looking for it). After i reset WiFi buttom, printer flashing color turned steady puple, and it finally get over the finding printer stage and i am able to complete installation! One of step, it asked to agree to HP+, after google search, i decided to skip it.

Good little printer for the money. The speed is fast enough for my needs. Had a little difficulty getting it to print from the internet (it was showing that the printer was offline). Everything is working fine now.

I had a prior version of this printer, that malfunctioned... Was thrilled to find the new updated version, bought and set up immediately to finish my Christmas project... a piece of cake to set up...Imagine my dismay when the color photo prints came out horrible... 2 hours with tech support.... (Jenny in India was amazing!!!!) determined that the color ink cartridge was defective... New cartridges arrived within the week, and it now works perfectly... I am an HP customer through and through and would certainly buy again... Just that this purchase was a bit disappointing. HP does provide amazing customer support.. the IT person who determined my prior printer had failed was also spot on and in India... They get a triple A plus!

The HP envy 6063e printer must be connected to a Wi-Fi network to be set up. After setting it up you can use a wired USB connection if desired. However, if you utilize the HP+ option you must have a Wi-Fi connection. The printer must be installed utilizing the HP Smart application, from either the PC or a smart phone. The Wi-Fi option utilizes either 2.4GHz or 5GHz. The paper tray holds up to 80 sheets of plain paper, the output tray holds up to 25 sheets of plain paper. Plain paper is described as 16-to-32-pound bond paper. The maximum scan size from the glass is 8.7 X 11.7 inches. The front output slot has a status light built in. The various colors display the status of the printer. The colors and meaning can be located at the HP website. The printer defaults to quiet mode off, you can change it to the on position. With quiet mode on the printer slows down thus reducing the noise and switching to a better print setting. The Auto-Off feature turns the printer completely off after 2 Hours of inactivity. You must press the power on button to reactivate the printer. When Auto-Off is deactivated, the printer goes into power saving mode after 5 minutes. The printer activates after a job is sent. Document scanning can be completed from either the control panel or the App on your device. It is easier to utilize the App for scanning.
