Nice little printer!

I also like that it is also a scanner and copier, although I haven't needed to use those features yet, and it has the ability to do double sided printing. I would say its more of a "casual-use" printer vs one that gets used daily for large printing jobs, as it's a bit slow and doesn't have a very large paper capacity, which for me, isn't a big deal at all! Very happy with the printer and would recommend.

Wifi issues

I switched my internet carrier to a faster one and now suddenly it won't connect with my internet. 98% of the time, I print from my phone, and using the HP smart app it showed that it could be found, but not connected. I reached out to their customer support twice and learned that they would have to remote into my laptop in order to fix the problem and this would cost $150. After debating with myself about it and trying every possible option to connect it myself, I called them a third time and was able to coerce the agent into billing me $99. It didn't matter. Turned out after being in the phone with him for almost an hour and a half, that my printer was too slow for my newer internet therefore it couldn't be connected wirelessly. I was very disappointed. Now I'm unable to print wirelessly on this printer.
