Reliable, affordable, easy setup

HP has great diagnostics----though problems with a new printer are rare in my experience---and very clear instructions. Something like this Envy (curious name!) printer is great for folks like myself who just want to get on with printing.

Incompatible HP ink cartridges software problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The printer worked the first few print jobs. This is a home printer and I just don’t use it often. A week or so later (well past the return date) it had an error code indicating the ink cartridges were not compatible. They are the HP ink cartridges that came in the box. Luckily I had purchased additional HP ink cartridges and installed two new ones. I reset the printer. Turned it off and back on. Still shows the error code. It is an HP problem.

The uninstall switch is in the back and it won't automatically turn on. When I print from my computer or my phone. It has to be turned on manually unless I misunderstand how to do it

BB Geek Squad is and always was wonderful
