printer has nice features. set-up not so easy. have struggled with it since purchase. can't talk with anyone at HP. power cord doesn't fit well, very loose.

This is the best printer for home/office purpose. The best.

Followed all instructions and could not connect to my HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2234. Finally made the connection through the USB port.

poor trouble shooting help. difficult customer service. I prints fine.

The device is wonderful. But, it isn't as "smart" as advertised. Took two IT-savvy people to finally get it connected.

It may be a great printer, but setting it up was no fun, instructions not very user friendly. Plus, the cord will not stay plugged in.

Didn’t realize there was no USB port for saving scans. Also, I can print, but can’t figure out how to scan.

I haven't even been able to print anything yet, and I'm already regretting this purchase. Literally at every stage of set up there was some kind of error. Finally managed to get to the point of installing ink, and yet another error occurred; when it "resolved itself" it had skipped me several steps ahead which meant none of the cartridge alignment and test prints were done. The printer has now lost its mind and can't do anything. Horrendous...it's nearly 2024 and we've advanced to the point where quantum computing even exists yet we still can't make a working printer. Ridiculous

I bought it about a month ago wasn’t working wasn’t printing. I took it back to Best Buy after two weeks while I was out of town and then they said that they could not do anything. I have to contact HP I bought this printer for my kids for school was very disappointed after a week of trying to get somebody to call me from HP. They found out that it had the wrong Inc. in at the cartridge now they said they would send me the ink cartridge which will take another two weeks so I’m very disappointed with Best Buy in the last month or so I I have spent $1200 in Best Buy. I will not be going back there.

Printer is very weak an slow in delivery of prints or fax etc.

4 times offline in less than a year. Always a difficult and different solution after ccontacting support. Last tech reluctantly admitted that this is a low end printer that I should have bought one with a screen than us the HP Smart Access app i had tp load on my computer. We do not use it much which has made it so frusrating. I will junk mine today. Stay away from this and the ink program if you will not use it often.

This printer worked very well.... for five days. Suddenly it stopped printing fully; portions of entire pages were not printing, and/or portions were broken up or so faded they couldn't be read. I had to go out of town and haven't had the time - or patience! - to deal with trying to fix these problems. To say that I'm disappointed and frustrated would be quite an understatement. PS I had an HP Photosmart printer for many years that I just loved, so this recent experience has been especially disappointing. I don't blame Best Buy; it's clearly a problem with HP.

Had a hard time setting up. Not user friendly at all

This printer is super annoying that it automatically goes offline every single day. Whenever I need to print something, I need to spend a lot of time to re-connect it. And it often get paper jam, which needs me to manually clean it up. Not recommend it at al!!

I cannot believe how quickly ... even the XL ink cartridges are used. It would be much better to have a printer that uses individual color cartridges to know which needs to be replaced. And the printer is slow. VERY , VERY s..l..o..w

This printer is absolute garbage !!! The printer suck the HP smart app sucks and customer support is the worst out of all of them. I used to work as a computer tech, I've set up hundreds of devices including printers. I've never had ever a fraction of the issues as I do with this piece of crap printer. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY !!!!

I love the way the printer looks just not impressed with the app they have. It NEVER shows my printer . I am only able to print from my phone . The printer works when it likes…you get what you pay for .

Worse printer Ive ever owned!!! From the start the printer jamed every time i used it. States the papers low so it cant print when the tray is full. Runs out of cartliage after 1 print smh horrible buy and I bought it when it first came out smh. Waste of money and time I threw mine out. I even had geek squad to come out. This printer is a scam

My workplace purchased this printer for work-related printing. I found that light-up buttons to be less user-friendly than I'd like when using an unfamiliar printer. Also, it eats ink which is expensive. I don't recommend this printer.

Printer is not connecting to any of our devices, we have tried multiple times. Doesn’t help that Best Buy is making it impossible to return or get an exchange due to it being over the 15 day return policy. Most stores allow a 30 day return policy, Best Buy seriously 15 days? With the holidays we did not get around to connecting the printer right away. HORRIBLE! The only way they will do a return is if we pay a $50 membership, that’s ridiculous!
