This printer worked very well.... for five days. Suddenly it stopped printing fully; portions of entire pages were not printing, and/or portions were broken up or so faded they couldn't be read. I had to go out of town and haven't had the time - or patience! - to deal with trying to fix these problems. To say that I'm disappointed and frustrated would be quite an understatement. PS I had an HP Photosmart printer for many years that I just loved, so this recent experience has been especially disappointing. I don't blame Best Buy; it's clearly a problem with HP.

This printer is super annoying that it automatically goes offline every single day. Whenever I need to print something, I need to spend a lot of time to re-connect it. And it often get paper jam, which needs me to manually clean it up. Not recommend it at al!!

This printer is absolute garbage !!! The printer suck the HP smart app sucks and customer support is the worst out of all of them. I used to work as a computer tech, I've set up hundreds of devices including printers. I've never had ever a fraction of the issues as I do with this piece of crap printer. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY !!!!

I cannot believe how quickly ... even the XL ink cartridges are used. It would be much better to have a printer that uses individual color cartridges to know which needs to be replaced. And the printer is slow. VERY , VERY s..l..o..w

Worse printer Ive ever owned!!! From the start the printer jamed every time i used it. States the papers low so it cant print when the tray is full. Runs out of cartliage after 1 print smh horrible buy and I bought it when it first came out smh. Waste of money and time I threw mine out. I even had geek squad to come out. This printer is a scam

Hp requires subscription on their ink. I replaced my credit card once and didn’t update with them. My printer got disabled and locked by Ho remotely. It’s ridiculous that I own the unit and they locked it. I’ll never ever go back to hp

I love the way the printer looks just not impressed with the app they have. It NEVER shows my printer . I am only able to print from my phone . The printer works when it likes…you get what you pay for .

Printer is not connecting to any of our devices, we have tried multiple times. Doesn’t help that Best Buy is making it impossible to return or get an exchange due to it being over the 15 day return policy. Most stores allow a 30 day return policy, Best Buy seriously 15 days? With the holidays we did not get around to connecting the printer right away. HORRIBLE! The only way they will do a return is if we pay a $50 membership, that’s ridiculous!

My workplace purchased this printer for work-related printing. I found that light-up buttons to be less user-friendly than I'd like when using an unfamiliar printer. Also, it eats ink which is expensive. I don't recommend this printer.

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL AT HP -- IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PRINT, ENDLESS PAPER JAMS. IF WHAT YOU WANT TO PRINT IS IMPORTANT, AND YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEND AN ENTIRE DAY AND A WHOLE REAM OF PAPER, DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.

It was hard to set up. Once I got it set up the ink cartridges did not last long. I replaced the Cartridges but got an error message that something was wrong with the cartridges. I ended up ordering 2 different set and still have an error message and nothing will print.

Worst printer ever. I have issues printing with this machine EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've had to call HP support ten times and that's always an issue too. The number of times I just went to Office Depot to print because this machine gave me such a headache is ridiculous.

I promise it is not worth it. Only problems. Doesn't print anything correctly, ink costs a fortune, impossible to understand the icons or interface on the actual printer, pain to connect to wifi. The most useless and horrendous product I've ever bought. At some point in your workflow you will want to throw it out the window. Save yourself!

When I first bought my HP printer, I loved it! Everything was printing at ease, but after about a year, the pages are smearing and now it won’t print or connect to anything at all. I wish I knew that it wasn’t going to be a long-term product before buying it.

Nice printer but I did not realize it was cable less! I do not want to be stuck in the cloud for printing.

I could not get it to sync wirelessly to my lap top or any of my other devices. I had to return it. Got a different one epson. Works fantastic.

The printer does not hold up to recommendation. It is always offline. It does not print in color, and it is a color printer. When troubleshooting the issues, it states the printer is off, but it is not off. Would not recommend and returning this item to Best Buy.

They uodated the firmware on all their printers FORCING YOU TO ONLY USE HP INK CARTRIDGES. Do not support this company. I bought bulk ink that is now useless.

Beware Big Brother instant ink program. The printer sends your information to HP. that means that Hp has access to your network and any equipment attached to it. Bye, bye privacy. What could go wrong? Once I fully understood what was going on, and had been harassed by the program, I sent the printer with the cartridges to recycling.
