The best part of this printer purchase was Best Buy - locating a “deal,” ease of ordering, prompt and no-damage shipping. 5 stars for Best Buy! I had one problem with setup in which an error code was flashing on the printer, and neither the troubleshooting section in the manual nor the online solutions helped to solve it. Fortunately, but after some time, I saw something visually that might be causing the setup problem, and I was able to finish setup. Otherwise, the printer would have been returned. I use this for color printing and scanning, and a laser printer for grayscale printing. I feel that the color quality of my 2006 HP printer was best, and that HP’s current printers are therefore lower quality than previous models. My previous HP printers were lighter and more compact, a feature I prefer to this one. HP Smart is a fine app with a great array of user setting options. HP Instant Ink has a lot of plus’s with one drawback for me. You start with 3 free months, it’s HP ink versus generics, the ink lasts longer than store-bought, they send new cartridges before you need them, there’s “rollover” benefits, you can suspend your plan for up to 6 months, and the subscription choices and prices are the best by comparison with their competitors. The drawback is that pages printed for printhead cleaning and alignment count against your subscription (for example: my previous subscription was 50 pages/month, but 6 pages were used for cleaning/alignment). If you cancel the plan, your cartridges will stop working and you’ll need to buy a far-lower-volume ink from the store. I’ve had instances in which I had a printing deadline to meet, but the printer can’t print when the internet hiccups. Hallelujah, there’s a USB port on the printer that I can use to meet my deadline. I hope all of this is helpful to potential customers.

Easy to set up and it prints very well. Our last HP printer lasted about 5 years and I think the only reason that it stopped working was because of a new wifi that we setup. This works great with wifi.

Been a fan of HP all in one printers. Ease of set up was a breeze. Wifi compatibility was smooth out of the box. Great print quality. Just be ready to buy color inks if you are into photography. Highly recommend.

Got this for very basic things like printing shipping labels, occasional forms, etc. Works like a dream and is great for the price. Can't speak to color printing yet as I haven't used it for that at this time.

This printer works perfectly and I’m so happy with it. I love the HP Smart app that goes with it. The free ink trial has been wonderful too. I can’t believe how affordable and how high quality this printer is.

Easy to setup, prints super fast and quality prints every time. Showed up as a network printer on our mobiles without additional setup or needing to use the HP app. Would recommend!

Best money ever spent. Easy to use. Prints and does all the features I need to run my small business. Plus the ink and paper subscription are a fantastic feature that makes everything easy .

This little printer is great, and easy to use and the scanner works great.

Pros - - Easy intuitive installation - The App is useful. - Excellent quality of prints( I tried printing some photos and they were quire decent. - If not used frequently, its starts acting up. Cons - - Print queue errors out frequently. - Had to reset multiple times between prints. -

Quick delivery and simple to set up. Being able to send things to the printer from my phone makes it easy for everyone in the family to download the app and use without having to worry about jumping on a laptop.

I like this printer. It prints really well. The only thing I don't like is that the power cord doesn't fit in the printer well and it will just fall out and your printer goes off. Other than that I like it.

I needed a reliable all-in-one printer for home use, and the HP ENVY has been a solid choice. The sleek white design looks great on my desk, and the wireless setup was remarkably quick and painless, connecting easily to my home network for printing from all my devices. The printing, scanning, and copying functions are reliable and perfectly suited for my daily documents. The six months of Instant Ink included with HP+ is something I am not interested in. Although, the feature is cool; the printer automatically orders ink when it runs low, which would be very convenient. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

It works great once you get it set up. Getting it set up on my windows computer unfortunately was very complicated. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with customer service to get it connected, updated drivers, and working correctly. Printing from my phone was easy, but from the computer was an entirety different setup. Thanks to the customer service team at HP I was able to get it working but no new product should be that difficult to get working.

This printer is wireless and is somewhat compact with really cool lighting as well.

With the help of Imram (??) I got the printer up and running. My only issue is I need to be in the room with the computer to get it printing. Even then it's a bit slow to start but the output is fine. Haven't tried resolving this yet.
