It took a few attempts to connect the printer to my computers and phone. This was predominantly due to trying to use the "HP Smart" app to connect the printer, which was unsuccessful. Once I manually connected the printers using the Wi-Fi pin the printer works perfectly with all my devices. This is definitely an affordable option for a printer and I'm very happy with it.

This printer is perfect for my needs and probably for most home use. Set up was easy. The Best Buy delivery "Roadies" were on time and very courteous and helpful. (Even offering to carry the unit up to my apartment since I use a walker.) Ordering on-line from Best Buy couldn't have been any easier.

The printer works great, looks clean and has a small profile - all which I love. I didn't give 5 stars because of the ink. HP pushes Instant Ink like crack so I gave in and subscribed. I just don't print that much so even at their lowest option, I was getting too much ink. So, before the ink piled up, I canceled my subscription. WHAT THEY DIDN'T TELL ME was after I canceled, my Instant Ink cartridges wouldn't work anymore. Yes, the printer knows the difference. Now I can only use store-bought ink. Can you believe that? Even though I paid for the Instant Ink, I can't use it because I unsubscribed. Unethical and ridiculous! We all know ink is where the profits are and having recurring revenue from ink subscriptions is brilliant from a business perspective. Just don't penalize us if we unsubscribe.

This is a great printer for home use. It was extremely easy to install and print jobs are completed very efficiently. It has been a good return on my investment.

Ultimately, this was ideal for my needs. If you are looking for an inexpensive printer/scanner for infrequent printing, this is the one. Print quality is excellent. Not the fastest, but not important. Only reason I downgraded is because wifi connectivity to PC is limited to Windows 10. If you have Windows 7, you must find a workaround to download software to PC. Works with smartphone.

This is my first time purchasing an HP Wireless all-in-one printer, and I must say that it works fantastic, is simple to use, and produces excellent results.

Printer sucks, not like they used to be. Sometimes it would print, sometimes it won’t and when it does print you will be lucky if the ink doesn’t look like crap. When I print ink color doesn’t match and font sizes are different. I wish they made printers like they use to. I don’t need WiFi printing or it being connected to the wifi to function properly. I miss my old hp envy that I had a long time ago that was basic and worked like it should.

This product is truly wonderful and useful. I was impressed by what it could do. The quality of this product is truly astonishing I believe that people will be satisfied when using it. Thank you for creating such an amazing product.

Easy to set up and it works great from the cell phone and the computer. Great printing capabilities even food photos from cell phone on standard paper. Will try photo paper next.

This has been a great printer so far. I used an Epson before and this one already is doing a better job. Easy to set up and prints pages fast. Had no trouble connecting to my wi-fi.
