    I bought my first HP Envy printer back in 2014 and I was never disappointed. I definitely wanted another HP Envy and so far I am very pleased with this printer. Very easy to set-up this printer. Easy to change the ink cartridges. It would be nice if HP would give you a complete instruction booklet with the printer. They only give you a quick set-up booklet. You have to go on line to get the complete instruction booklet. Definitely would recommend this printer.

    Printer sucks, not like they used to be. Sometimes it would print, sometimes it won’t and when it does print you will be lucky if the ink doesn’t look like crap. When I print ink color doesn’t match and font sizes are different. I wish they made printers like they use to. I don’t need WiFi printing or it being connected to the wifi to function properly. I miss my old hp envy that I had a long time ago that was basic and worked like it should.

    Great Buy. I would have given a 5 star review, but the power cord kept falling out of the connection on the computer - lucky for me I kept the power cord from my old printer which fit much better! The other thing I didn't like was there reference guide made NO reference on how to print or scan. Lastly, what were they thinking when they put the power on/off switch on the back of the printer. I have a computer desk with shelfs - one of which I put my printer on. In order to turn this printer on/off I have to reach back and over the printer - bad design to say the least!
