Very easy to install copies are clean and clear its an asset for my Telecommunications for work at home.

this printer is everything thIt works wonderfully in our home office. We will purchase another one for a second office. I would recommend this home printer.

This was not thrilled with this purchase. I don't like the fact that it does not show when the ink is low but you will eventually know it when you try to print something.

Ease to setup but I don’t like the fact that you have to use the app for the printer to work because it doesn’t have and old lcd screen like my previous HP envy printer. It does run pretty quiet but the app it what hinders it from a 5 star review.

DO NOT be like me and hope the good reviews are right. This printer had mixed reviews and I decided to take a chance on it. I thought maybe the bad reviews had just happened to get faulty products, because there were so. many good reviews. I deeply regret that decision. It worked great for about the first 10 things I needed to print. Easy to set up, no issues printing, good print quality. I was actually shocked at how well it worked because for some reason all printers are impossible to get working properly. A month or two later (just passed the return window I might add), my luck ran out. Now, it constantly disconnects from wifi even though I always leave it on and there's no way that I've found to fix it. Powering off and back on doesn't work. Even trying to set it up as a new printer doesn't work because (shockingly) it doesn't show up on the network! It just chooses when it wants to be connected. So as it is, it's a gamble of whether or not it will connect when I need to print something, then on the off chance it does connect to wifi and I'm able to print from it, it prints HORRIBLY. Ink levels are completely fine yet it skips over lines and looks very faded. It's the same regardless of if I print in color or black and white. I do not print often so these issues were by no means inflicted by over use. I am now stuck with a printer that doesn't work. I may try reaching out to support, but I've heard bad things about those experiences too. Take my advice, don't buy this printer unless you're looking for a disposable one to replace after 10 print jobs.

Low price , but really nice printer , it even prints on both sides without reloading…

bought for office. fast and like the paper laying flat and enclosed. cons, no screen to tell you what is happening but can use HP software which is outstanding, especially on mobile app which gives ability to scan documents with phone camera

This was a great purchase for a great price. We live it and reccomend it. Was easy to set up.
