Easy solid printer at a good price. No complaints so far. Looks good tucked away.

DO NOT be like me and hope the good reviews are right. This printer had mixed reviews and I decided to take a chance on it. I thought maybe the bad reviews had just happened to get faulty products, because there were so. many good reviews. I deeply regret that decision. It worked great for about the first 10 things I needed to print. Easy to set up, no issues printing, good print quality. I was actually shocked at how well it worked because for some reason all printers are impossible to get working properly. A month or two later (just passed the return window I might add), my luck ran out. Now, it constantly disconnects from wifi even though I always leave it on and there's no way that I've found to fix it. Powering off and back on doesn't work. Even trying to set it up as a new printer doesn't work because (shockingly) it doesn't show up on the network! It just chooses when it wants to be connected. So as it is, it's a gamble of whether or not it will connect when I need to print something, then on the off chance it does connect to wifi and I'm able to print from it, it prints HORRIBLY. Ink levels are completely fine yet it skips over lines and looks very faded. It's the same regardless of if I print in color or black and white. I do not print often so these issues were by no means inflicted by over use. I am now stuck with a printer that doesn't work. I may try reaching out to support, but I've heard bad things about those experiences too. Take my advice, don't buy this printer unless you're looking for a disposable one to replace after 10 print jobs.

Like our older HP printer, it seems to go offline often. It does print and scan well.

Easy setup via the app. I only print occasionally and hope it will last me a few years. Size is great for home office.

Easy setup printer can control by mobile phone my daughter loves it. Uses it for a lot of homework to print out reports.
