    This little printer gets the job done, and is great for home “time to time” use, if you ask me! I used to trek off to Staples for any small printing job and am very glad I don’t have to worry about that anymore.

    COMPACT, EASY TO USE AND GOOD GRAPHICS. HAD GEEK SQUAD INSTALL. DID GREAT JOB, BUT NOW AS A SUBCRIBER TO TECH THE COST IS VERY EXPENSIVE. I AM NOT TECH SAVY UNFORTANTLY. SO NEEDED GEEK SQUAD. BUT AGAIN, AS FOR THE PRINTER ON SALE AND WORTH EVERY PENNY.

    I have been fusing with two printers, still currently residing in this house and after cleaning the printer heads and putting in new ink cartidges , they still did now perform for very long. I never purchased a printer before and am very pleased with the HP-ENVY 6065e. It is easy to use and so far has been very reliable. Price was reasonable too!!!

    The replacement 6065e printer works as it is supposed to, the original one received was a “lemon”, could not get ink carriage to work properly at firs, then the printer after two separate calls to HP customer service for help, started print completely black pages exhausting the ink cartridges. That was when I called Best Buy and requested a replacement which they immediately provided. The on sale price made the “ordeal” ok. This equipment will not receive heavy use, it is mainly used for printing the occasional letter, receipts, and copying important papers to be shared.

    I have had challenges using this printer. Ink cartridges are not easily installed. I changed internet after the initial set up and had difficulty reconnecting the printer. Pages print ed with a mirror image for awhile. The directions are not very complete. I don't like to use "chat" to resolve issues. It takes too long. I can talk faster and make my question clearer than by texting. I have used YouTube to figure out issues. It is printing OK now.

    Great printer, easy setup and excellent quality for documents and presentations. Not recommended for high resolution photos, but it still does a great job for everyday printing.
