This HP printer is very easy to set up . It prints very easily from the printer itself & from an iPhone.

I HAD THE GEEK SQUAD INSTALL THE PRINTER AND I AM GLAD I DID BECAUSE HE ALSO INSTALLED A SCANNING APP I USE IN PLACE OF HP'S SCANNING SOFTWARE. THE INSTALL WENT RATHER QUICKLY AND HE WAS COMPLETED IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. THE PRINTER HAS HAD NO PROBLEMS IN 1.5 MONTHS.

I have had this for just over a year, worked like it should for the first 2 months. Then came the pain. For more than one reason I am going to trash this printer and buy from another brand entirely. 1. This printer does not hold a connection. If you enjoy reconnecting and resetting a wifi connection to the printer and your machines then this is the machine for you. When you do finally get it to connect, it will enter some sort of freeze state overnight that requires you to unplug it and restart the process again. 2. Ink cartridges Not only does their product barely work they rope you into a "good deal" where they ship you ink at your convenience. At some point I realized I was not printing as much as I thought I would, so I canceled my Instant Ink subscription. To my surprise and entirely at HPs benefit, YOU CANNOT USE the instant ink cartridges that you paid for unless you have an active subscription. So, I had to re-enroll into their scummy program just to use the carts and printer I paid for. 3. Troubleshooting Galore You must enjoy troubleshooting kinks of all sorts. Connectivity, mechanical, you name it. TLDR: Greedy company creates a poor-quality printer that works 3/10 times and tricks you into a mandatory subscription. This printer is NOT GOOD. Buy ANYTHING else from ANY OTHER company. The only way I can recommend this printer, is if you do all your printing before your return window expires lol. Thanks HP :) !

This printer works like a charm. I’ve had many issues in the past with my wireless printer. This one is so easy to use.

I like this printer, bought it for school and my small business. I had no issues at first, until I had to change the ink. I know the cartridges are small but boy they really do not last long at all, even though I don't use a lot of color. I have no issues with the ink though, the issues usually stem from connectivity and random "errors". My printer has a hard time consistently connecting with my laptop, which is the only device I've printed from. Sometimes it will not connect at all for no reason, the app doesn't really help either. There's a "wifi connection method" where you connect your laptop and printer to the same network to print, but it's faulty as well. The other main issue with it is that there are random E4 or E1 errors ALL THE TIME for no reason. These either indicate paper jam or something else which most of the time isn't the case. At the end of the day, it works but prepare to troubleshoot every time you want to print.

This printer works well and has no issues. Good on ink and prints fast.

So far the results are totally satisfactory except for one early use when the printing did not happen but some time later it spontaneously emitted the perfect copy.

This printer does everything we need. It ess easy to set up and the ability to print from my phone has made printing documents very easy.

I've only had this printer for less than two months, but for the money I think it was a good deal. I don't have a need for a lot of printing, so this printer has proven to be just what I needed.
